I'm… hurt?
I looked up, staring at the gloating face of Welt. Despite that, I didn't feel too much. Just a bit of surprise at getting hit with so much damage.
"Haha! You're done! How could a mortal like you be able to fight against my overwhelming-"
Yeah…
I'm not listening to all of that.
Anyways, happy for him though… or sorry it happened.
In the meanwhile, I kinda just set overly strong gravity into Infinity's blacklist.
At the same time, my healing factor kicked in and my injuries had become pretty light as this point..
Just as I stood up straight, feeling almost as good as new, I felt something change.
*Clunk*

Welt didn't seem to notice these changes however as he kept glazing himself over on the other side.
I let him.
Wasn't listening anyways and it was more time for more adaptations to kick in.
Kiana and Bronya seemed to not have noticed the commotion that was going on here as they were still having a blast outside.
Now… for more important things…
That bomb over there…
"Hey! Are you listening to me?!" I was brought out of my thinking in an instant. "Or has your brain completely given up on thinking at this point?!"
"Ooga booga?" I said with a faux dazed expression on my face.
Welt sneered. "Are you perhaps buying time for your friends?" He pointed outside. "I should bring them in and crush them in front of you… Then you would know the…"
The indigo haired man suddenly froze as his eyes widened. He took a step back in shock as he looked at me.
I took a step forward, letting out a short breath.
"What's wrong? Why did you suddenly stop talking?"
He opened his mouth, trying to reply for a moment. But for some reason, nothing came out, voice probably caught in his throat.
As I kept stepping forwards, Welt seemed to involuntarily take a step back before a look of anger appeared on his face.
"Just because your expression changed a bit doesn't mean that I'll retreat brat!" He hurriedly pointed his finger at Kiana and Bronya's direction, energy charged. "I'll teach you and those girl-"
Welt never could finish that sentence.
Since that arm was already gone.
All that remained in that spot was merely a space distortion that seemed like it was sucking things into its center.
The man blinked as he looked down at his missing arm…
Only to see my hand grasping towards his throat already.
A barrier appeared, but it was less than an obstacle. My hand merely stalled for a split second before I reached his throat.
And I began to squeeze.
Hard
Gagged coughs came out of Welt as he frantically scratched at my hand.
But I gotta hand it to him…
He realised pretty quickly that his actions were fruitless. In response, he made a finger gun and hurriedly fired a black pulse towards my face.
I didn't dodge.
The Red knockoff exploded harmlessly, not causing any harm…
But that was only to me.
The recoil caused bruises all throughout Welt's body from being so close to the explosion. He was too dazed at this point to even protect himself with a barrier…
The reason?
He was losing consciousness from lack of oxygen.
And my arm was still clamped on his throat.
I sneered.
He's not getting off that easily…
I let him go, dropping him on the floor. He was allowed a semblance of relief as he gasped deeply for air.
His figure scrambled around a bit as he glanced back at me with a pale face, just like how an ant would after it was almost stepped on.
"Y-you! Get away from me!!" Welt screamed out.
A small smile crept on my face when I heard that. However, it wasn't one of mirth.
I didn't even know what I was feeling when I did it.
It just… appeared.
That wouldn't stop me though.
I raised my foot, tasting the view of his pupils dilating…
Before I stomped down on his face.
Crack
"AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!"
His screams resounded through the building, causing all the noise in the background that was happening during combat to disappear.
A gush of blood sprayed out of his face as his arms and legs flayed around like a frog.
"Heh." I laughed. "Where are your gravity powers now? Why aren't you using them?"
"One… hundred…" The rest of his words were inaudible.
*Clunk*
"What was that? Is that all you got? Didn't eat today?"
"One… hundred… five…"
*Clunk*
"Do your best. Maybe it'll give me a massage at some point."
"One.. hundfsoksp"
He couldn't even speak properly anymore.
My expression turned into one of boredom as I stared down on him. "I guess all that talk was you compensating for something. I even thought you had a black hole at the back of your pocket…"
"..."
"Goodbye then…" I began to increase my output of Infinity. "..."
I paused.
"What was your name again?" I suddenly pondered. "Oh well. It isn't important."
"Subject Gojo. Stop!"
A female voice suddenly broke me out of my thoughts.
"Bronya?"
I partially turned around, looking behind me with the side of my eyes.
It was both Kiana and Bronya.
The two of them looked fine. Kiana in particular looked kinda funny considering that she was holding machine guns in both hands.
On the other hand, Bronya seemed as if she hadn't fought a battle at all.
I suppose that technically she didn't. It should be mostly Project Bunny doing the work.
"Interrogation should be done on that Subject…"
"Does he look like he can survive an interrogation at this point?"
Well, Bronya didn't seem to have an answer to that.
"The guy does look pretty banged up…" Kiana hesitantly spoke. "You really did a number on him. We heard his screams from outside."
I closed my eyes. "He had his uses."
A strange look appeared on Kiana's face. "What do you mean by that?"
I didn't get a chance to answer as the sudden ring of a phone call resounded through the warehouse.
The three of us looked around for a bit before I pinpointed the location of the sound.
In Welt's pocket.
It's probably his phone.
In a swift move, I lifted my leg off of his face and took out the mobile device. Looking at the caller on the phone, I couldn't help but laugh again.
"Guess who's calling."
"Who?"/"Who?"
"The caller's name is Cocolia."
My eyes stared right at Bronya.
And her wide eyes looked right back at me.
