After the processing in,daemon went on his knees as his mother held the crown in her hand ready to coronate him before everyone.
"Prince daemon Luciano do you swear to upload the law and justice of this empire"?the queen mother asked and he replied
"I swear"
"So you swear to defend the people and the realm till your last breath"?
"I swear"daemon replied still on his knees.venus gritted his teeth, just seeing the coveted crown glisten in his step mother's hand made his heart ache.he felt betrayed, like daemon was stealing his birth right
"I promise to govern the people of the viper empire according to the law and tradition.i promise to the utmost of my power to maintain the law of this empire.."daemon took his oath and after a long much a do he was crowned king.

After the coronation, everyone was permitted to feast all they wanted and for once the slaves were given 24hours liberty.Lunar was very excited for her husband and she didn't stop talking about how he did great when taking the oath.
The new king didn't say a word,he knew his coronation was not a good news for everyone especially his half brother Venus, he'd noticed his exit during the coronation ceremony.he needed to be careful and keep his kingdom safe from the enemy.
"Aren't you forgetting something my love "lunar smiled sweety
"What did you call me "?
"My love "she repeated
"Lunar.."he glared at her cuz the servants were in the room with them attending to his back
"I think you meant sweetheart!"she winked and told the servants to leave"I will take it from here "she smiled and started to rub his back softly.
"What are you doing "?the king asked
"Massaging your back"
"It was a rhetorical question "daemon retorted and his wife kept quiet"by the way, what did you say I forgot "
"My gift "
"Your gift?when did I promise you a gift!"
"The pet monkey,you said after the coronation "she reminded
"Did I say that "he deadpanned and lunar pinched his back
"Ow!"
"Wait do you feel pain?"she asked curiously
"Why,what do you think I am,a piece of wood?"daemon said sarcastically and his wife smacked his back leaving a red welt on it.
Daemon sat up from the bed and grabbed her wrist frightening her at the same time..she gasped and turned white
"There..I haven't even touched you and your already scared out of your mind "he teased making her sit on his lap and stroking her cheek.
"Breath"he said and she realized she wasn't even breathing,she gasped catching her breath
"Am hungry "he said
"I could..get the servants to.."lunar stuttered
"Not that.."
"Hun!!"she gulped
He leaned into her face and kissed her, parting her lips.
