The rest of the day, Montclair Penthouse remained quiet with everyone fighting their own thoughts at different corners of the house.
Mila remained at the pool, thinking about Scarlett's words and the decisions she had made with her life so far. Pursuing Zyran when he didn't even share same feelings. At the point, Mila felt like it was forced and Zyran was only accommodating her because of the baby.
Spending almost half of the day at the pool, Mila went back to her room to rest. And for the whole day, she stayed inside; even when Zyran didn't return, she didn't mind.
The next morning, everyone came downstairs to the dining to have breakfast together as Alvaro had instructed the servants to let them know. When Mila got to the table, she found her family already seated and talking with Cher. Even the air seemed warmer and more comfortable than the previous day.
