Chapter 345 - Chapter 345: Hades Has Already Walked His Own Complete Path (Bonus Chapter 1)

Hestia sat on her bed in a duck-like posture, blinking cutely as if she couldn't believe her mother's words. Tilting her head adorably, she asked, "Mother… are you joking? Is this really true?"

Hestia seemed a bit bewildered. Had her younger brother unknowingly reached this point? Millions of years? It sounded like a long time, but in reality?

It wasn't much at all!

A holy war lasted 16 million years, and in comparison, it would only take six or seven such wars for this time to pass. Was this even considered a long period? For the Underworld, it was almost a joke.

In fact...

By that time, the Silver Age might not even be over, and her brother would have already stably reached the level of an Ancient God?

"Hehehe~~~"

Rhea looked at her shocked yet adorable daughter and nodded gently, a trace of sentiment in her voice. "Yes! Earth, water, fire, and wind are certainly important, but for Hades, the Underworld has already settled onto the right track. Everything else? It no longer matters. As long as he steadily walks this path, in millions of years, Hades will naturally step into the realm of the Ancient Gods."

Rhea's words carried endless emotions. Millions of years seemed long, but for top-tier gods, it was hardly any time at all. A blink of an eye, really. It wasn't a long time, not at all. Just walking forward little by little would be enough. And with this time, Hades would surely reach the level of an Ancient God.

Rhea couldn't help but think of her husband, remembering the past. She shook her head with a sigh, unable to describe it in words. Perhaps her husband never imagined that their eldest son would be so outstanding!

The time Hades spent was shockingly short, to a degree that was almost unbelievable. And the shorter it was, the more astonishing it became.

"Click, click, click~~~"

Hestia smacked her lips, filled with awe as she marveled, "Such a short time? It's unimaginable! In such a brief period, my brother has reached this level?"

For gods, millions of years were nothing.

Seven holy wars!

By calculating the time this way, it was clear just how short it really was. Hades wouldn't have to do anything; he could steadily ascend to the level of the Ancient Gods.

Yes!

What was truly terrifying was that Hades didn't need to do anything. Starting today, he could seal off the Underworld, ignore everything, and just wait for time to pass. And then, millions of years later, he would naturally step into the realm of the Ancient Gods, becoming a supreme being.

Just thinking about it, considering it for a moment, one could understand how shocking this was! In fact, it was not an exaggeration to call it unimaginable. After all, we're talking about the supreme Ancient Gods!

However...

Hestia quickly shook her head, dismissing the thoughts. Smacking her lips, she casually said, "Mother, let's not overthink it! It's great that my brother is so amazing, hehe~~~"

Hestia snuggled back into bed, diving into her comics, while Rhea looked at her daughter with a fond smile and shook her head.

There was no denying it.

Her daughter was also exceptional in her own way. Hestia was always very clear about her own path. Or rather, she had always been clear and smart about it. Sometimes, that's how things were.

Only when you are clear-headed and intelligent can you truly walk your path. Otherwise, it's just a joke.

Did you really think you could walk this path so easily?

That's impossible!

For Hestia, she simply wanted to enjoy a peaceful life, and Hades certainly wouldn't hold it against her. That was Hades' nature—he would never do such a thing.

If Hades didn't have enough tolerance for even that, he might as well just hit his head on a rock and end it. That would look better than embarrassing himself.

However!

Hestia didn't take this for granted. She knew her brother didn't mind her laziness, but precisely because she understood this, she was all the more careful. Sometimes, being a little more cautious meant things would always stay fine. Otherwise, it wouldn't end well.

Hestia understood everything perfectly. She was clear about it all, and so, she would handle it with care.

...

In the Pure Land of Bliss.

Hades, sensing the Underworld's steady progress toward stability, whispered to himself, "This is truly an unexpected success. The Underworld has, in such a way, smoothly entered its proper course. I never would have thought."

Hades himself had not expected that the Underworld would stabilize so effortlessly, in such a simple manner.

Everything!

It was so incredibly simple. With the birth of three God-Kings and three hells, Hades gained insight into himself. He realized how to proceed on this path.

It was so simple, almost ridiculously so. But sometimes, the simpler things are, the harder it is to explain them.

Because!

When things are this simple, walking the path becomes even easier. And indeed, Hades had succeeded. He had walked his own complete path in such a straightforward way.

Hades stood calmly, quietly gazing over the entirety of the Underworld. In his eyes, the entire realm was laid bare before him, and in that moment, everything reverberated within his gaze.

It all felt so different.

When one's perspective changes, when one's heart changes, many things naturally become different. This feeling was something that words might not fully describe, but it was undeniably real.
