Synopsis:
Ryuu Kumo unexpectedly dies from pneumonia, only to awaken in the world of One Punch Man, but with a twist. He discovers he has gained a mysterious Role-Playing System that allows him to assume the powers of various characters by fulfilling their role completion. When he draws his first character template, he is stunned to receive Dracule Mihawk, the legendary swordsman from One Piece. With the promise that mastering Mihawk's role will grant him immense power, even beyond the original, Ryuu Kumo feels a surge of hope amid the chaos.
Meanwhile, the city is under siege by the monstrous Vaccine Man, whose overwhelming power devastates the heroes defending the city. Just as all seems lost for Fubuki and her allies, Mihawk suddenly appears, stepping forward to confront the terrifying foe. The stage is set for an epic clash where Ryuu Kumo's newfound abilities will be put to the ultimate test.

Ryuu Kumo murmured softly, a strange expression flickering across his delicate face.
He never would have imagined that what started as a simple case of pneumonia, something he initially ignored, would ultimately cost him his life.
But after death, he didn't vanish. Instead, he miraculously found himself in another world.
In short, Ryuu Kumo had become a traveler between worlds!
And the world he crossed into was none other than One Punch Man!
He knew this for sure because he was living through the original storylines of One Punch Man.
In the distance, heroes like Fubuki were battling a monster that looked like the Demon King Piccolo.
Without a doubt, it was the Vaccine Man who appeared right at the start of the One Punch Man series!
At that moment, a fierce roar thundered nonstop.
The shockwaves from the immense power nearly reached Ryuu Kumo's location.
But he remained completely calm.
As a traveler between worlds, just like in the novels, he had also received a system.
Only, this system seemed... a little different?
Thinking this, Ryuu Kumo immediately asked inwardly.
"System, what's your purpose? How exactly do I use you? Please explain."
Instantly, a mechanical voice echoed mysteriously in his mind.
"Report to host: This system is a Role-Playing System. By assuming roles based on character templates, the higher your completion rate, the more power you gain from that character."
Hearing this, Ryuu Kumo's expression shifted.

So it was random.
Ryuu Kumo blinked, then quickly said, "Draw it then!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the system's prompt sounded again.
"Ding!"
"Starting character template draw…"
At the same time, images of various characters flashed rapidly in Ryuu Kumo's mind.
Before he could catch a clear look, the spinning images suddenly froze on one: a man radiating heroic spirit.
Ryuu Kumo raised an eyebrow.
"Isn't that... Dracule Mihawk?"
Indeed, the character locked in his mind was Dracule Mihawk from One Piece!
A Western swordsman's attire, exuding an intimidating aura, especially those hawk-like eyes that seemed to see through everything!

As Ryuu Kumo enjoyed the system's benefits, Vaccine Man's expression grew increasingly impatient.
He stared coldly at Fubuki and the other heroes.
These damned humans were weak, yet they kept coming like flies—one fell, another appeared!
Fine. Then he'd take them all out at once.
With that thought, Vaccine Man's body shot into the sky.
Suddenly, brilliant blue light surged between his hands!
The light grew blindingly bright, forming a massive blue sphere over a hundred meters wide.
Fubuki and the others sensed danger and rushed to stop it—but it was useless.
The next moment, the giant blue sphere, accompanied by Vaccine Man's sinister grin, blasted toward the heroes.
BOOM!!!
The deafening explosion lit up half the sky.
In that instant, all of City A trembled!
The terrifying shockwaves rolled on endlessly, like a massive earthquake shaking the entire city.
As for Fubuki and the others, many fell dead or wounded instantly.
Fubuki, able to fly, was less injured but still collapsed, losing her fighting strength.
Looking up at the slowly descending purple, monstrous figure, a bitter smile and despair crossed her delicate face.
They were too weak. She was too weak.
They simply couldn't match Vaccine Man, who had at least Dragon-level strength.
Still, clenching her teeth, Fubuki trembled as she drew a dagger, preparing for one last desperate fight.
More likely, it was a death struggle.
But Vaccine Man's sharp eyes caught her small movement.
His purple, twisted lips curled into a mocking smile.
"Foolish humans…"
He muttered, ready to end her life.
Then, suddenly, an unexpected figure appeared before Vaccine Man, stepping between him and Fubuki.
Fubuki noticed the newcomer too, staring at the sharply chiseled face in surprise.
"Who are you?"
The figure's hawk-like eyes flashed, then he answered firmly.
"I am... Dracule Mihawk!"
