Netero says this because he could barely handle the three together without using Nen. With only Loki and Gon, it's easier.
Loki smiles. "No need, Chairman Netero. Let's go one at a time. Two against one is unfair."
Gon agrees. He doesn't want to take advantage, especially against an old man.
Netero laughs. "Fine. But neither of you will take the ball from me."
It's Loki's turn. He's focused, having spent hours preparing for this moment. Netero believes he understands Loki's abilities and is less vigilant. This is Loki's chance. He needs to find a single opening and unleash his full power.
Loki moves at high speed, as before. Netero, already anticipating Loki's moves, easily dodges. Loki passes in front of Netero, then behind him.

Netero's back isn't a weak point, but it provides an advantage. Netero, confident he's seen through Loki's movements, doesn't turn around. This is Loki's opportunity.

Netero stops. "A tenacious kid."
He unleashes a Nen burst, accelerating toward the ball. He'll reach it first.
The ball spins in the air. Loki focuses using Rokushiki.
'Rankyako…'
Swish swish swish!
The air blade shoot at Netero. Netero sees their power and uses Nen to deflect them.
But as Netero breaks through, Loki's hand almost touches the ball.
"Damn it!"
Boom!
A massive Nen explosion shatters the walls. Netero grabs the ball, turning around. "Not good…"
Netero's Nen explodes.
