Chapter 28 - The Desert Monarch! Tyranitar!

One month later.

The vast desert dozens of miles away from the City was eerily quiet. In the pitch-black night, only the bright moonlight provided faint illumination over the desert.

Akira stood in the deserted sands, his anticipation almost leaping out of his chest!

After spending over a month in the Samok Desert, the progress bar in his mind for hatching a Pokémon was finally coming to an end!

Since bidding farewell to Menchi, Akira had stayed in Utopia City without venturing to other cities. The consequences of searching for the White Sand Scorpion made him reluctant to travel through the desert again.

The monotonous scenery day after day, with no variation, was truly frustrating.

So, Akira simply stayed in Utopia City, quietly waiting for the progress bar to complete. This progress bar also made Akira realize that Pokémon like Gengar, which required reaching the center of a specific location, were just exceptions.

Otherwise, he should have been at the very heart of the Samok Desert by now!

The location issue had been resolved, and now there was another matter Akira wanted to explore. That was—the connection between the hatching Pokémon and the environmental location!

If Akira wasn't mistaken, the Pokémon hatching this time was likely to be a Ground or Rock type!

"Ding!"

"Pokémon hatching complete!"

As Akira focused his thoughts, a beam of white light composed of psychic energy appeared on the small sand dune in front of him. The white light seemed alive, twisting and expanding at a visible rate.

At this moment, Akira eyes were filled with anticipation, and countless Pokémon flashed through his mind.

Which one would it be? The massive and sturdy Onix? The cool and powerful Flygon? Or perhaps...

Before Akira could imagine the next Pokémon, a gentle breeze began to swirl counterclockwise around him.

In an instant, a whirlwind formed, carrying countless grains of sand and howling through the air. The sandstorm intensified, expanding outward from Akira, affecting an area of several hundred meters.

"This is... a sandstorm!"

There weren't many Pokémon that brought sandstorm weather upon appearing, and considering the height of the white light, Akira heart raced, and a certain Pokémon image involuntarily surfaced in his mind.

"Could it be..."

As if deliberately confirming Akira guess, the white light finally expanded to its limit and then vanished, fully revealing the Pokémon.

"ROAAAAR!!!"

A roar filled with ferocity erupted from the Pokémon' mouth, shaking the surrounding air, and the powerful cry echoed through the sky!

The Pokémon stood tall, its body a deep green. Its surface seemed to be clad in thick armor, gleaming with a terrifying metallic sheen under the moonlight. Its form resembled a massive tank, towering and intimidating! Its sharp steel teeth clearly indicated an astonishing bite force, and its piercing eyes glowed with a chilling light.

The countless thick spikes on its back serve as its solid and reliable protection, exuding an overwhelming and domineering aura with every inch of its body. With every breath, thick white smoke billows out, and every movement radiates an immense sense of intimidation.

It looks strikingly similar to the appearance of Godzilla from the movies, utterly awe-inspiring!

Even without taking action, merely standing there makes it clear that this "steel behemoth" possesses astonishing power! The Desert Tyrant! Tyranitar! Makes its entrance!

Akira could no longer maintain his composure, his face breaking into an uncontrollable grin. He never expected it to really be Tyranitar! Alongside Gengar and Gardevoir, Tyranitar also ranked at the top of Akira favorite Pokémon.

Just look at this steel-infused body—it's absolutely badass! Back on Earth, Akira favorite strategy was using Tyranitar as a weather setter for sandstorm teams.

He even affectionately referred to it as "Old Ty"!

Compared to Tyranitar, other Pokémon like Onix and Flygon were just weaklings.

It had to be Old Ty!

o you even understand the prestige of being one of the only two non-Dragon-type pseudo-legendary Pokémon? Below the legendary Pokémon are the pseudo-legendaries, most of which are Dragon-type.

Only Tyranitar and Metagross are non-Dragon-type pseudo-legendaries! In Akira heart, Tyranitar status even slightly surpassed that of Gardevoir, his so-called "waifu"!

Seeing Tyranitar not only filled Akira with joy but also confirmed his earlier speculation.

Wherever he went, the Pokémon born there would match the environment. In the ruins filled with deathly aura and inhabited by the gaseous life form, he obtained Gengar.

In the world's largest desert, he obtained the Desert Tyrant, Tyranitar.

As for Gardevoir, he initially thought it was just a coincidence that it was the first Pokémon he hatched.

But now, he wondered if it had something to do with his transmigration?

As a pseudo-legendary Pokémon, Tyranitar strength was undoubtedly formidable!
