10 Minutes Before Ilyara Crushes The Party:
Silver had suddenly been dragged into his shadow. He could not see, breathe, or hear. He found himself suffocating, his lung unable to produce oxygen he desperately needed.
But even in this desperate situation, he was still calm. His heart steady as always. His only regret was his sister, he always dreamed of waking her up and they being happy again, even if they have to start all over as a family.
An unconscious smile tugged at his lips, as be lamented not trying hard enough to earn money, find a way to save his sister by any means necessary. He just quit on life and now he was going to die without ever achieving anything worthless.
'Not to mention, I'll never get the chance to touch that money, truly a dog's death.'
His mind merged with the darkness, and he was gone... or was he.

??? Pov:
I was running.
From what? I didn't know.
All I knew was that I should run.
She must not find me.
Who? It doesn't matter.
Just run!
I ran until my lungs gave way.
I ran until my legs could not longer carry the weight of my upper body.
I ran until the thirst consumed my every being.
I ran, and ran and ran and ran.
I... just ran.
She's close. I could tell.
I shouldn't look back, but I need to see, who it is.
My better judgement screamed at my stupidity, but I ignored it. I turned.
I met them. A pair of crimson eyes, vertical like that of a dragon.
They were filled with madness.
My heart constricted in my chest just looking at them.
Those were not the eyes of an angered woman, nor one hell bent on killing me.
They were full of love, craziness, jealousy and also.. loneliness, sadness and resignation.
Why did my heart yearn to console her?
Why did I find her pitiful when it was me running away from her in fear?
Did I know her?
Did I love her?
Care for her?
That's impossible, I did not know her.
I looked away, turned ahead and paused. She was in front of me.
"What do you want?" I asked.
Her eyes dimmed, so much loneliness.
She looked at me, a sorrowful smile tugged at her lips.
"To not be ignored. It's all I ever wanted."

Five Minutes Before Ilyara Crushes The Party:
"Hey, would you wake up already."
Silver woke up startled from a weird dream. He looked around, he was in a cafe? Freshly brewed coffee lingering in the air, right in front of him.
The cafe looked empty, isolated even. Silver lifted his head, and shock glimmered in his gaze. This was the woman he saw in his dream. Dark long hair cascading in locks down her back. Crimson vertical eyes.
A one of a kind rare beauty, but again, looking closer, she too fell short when it came to Ilyara, but there was a distinct familiarity between the two.
Her expression was different from the dream, this time she was smug. Eyes shinning with mischief.
"Ugh would you wipe off your drool on your face already?"
Silver shrugged as he did just that. He then leaned into his chair, and looked at her, "you must be the sister, older I presume?"
Her smile widened, "little ol' Ilyara must've talked about me."
Silver shook his head, "not a word. I just guessed. You two look similar."
Her smile slipped and a sneer tugged at her lips, "never say that. Ever."
Silver sighed, 'sibling rivalry are the worst.'
"What do you want?" He asked.
The the woman, looking to be in her mid twenties twirled with the straw of her milkshake. Her gaze thoughtful as she observed Silver.
"You aren't scared," she guessed.
"Not really. Now tell me, what do you want?"
Her lips curled into a coquettish smile, "I want you to be my boyfriend."
"Not interested."
She narrowed her eyes at him, a sneer curling at her lips "don't tell me you've already fallen in love with that thing?"
"What thing?"
"You know exactly what I mean, I'm talking about little Ilyara, don't tell me you have fallen with that half-breed abomination?"
Silver raised an eyebrow, he could see hate, self-loathing, fear and insecurity in her eyes.
He shrugged, "and what if I have? What does it have to do with you?"
She grinded her teeth, eyes began gleaming ominously, as the cafe darkened, swirling with mist shadows, clawing slowly towards Silver.
"If that's true, then I'll have to kill you. That thing can't be allowed to be happy, I'll make sure of it."
'I should've gotten another job instead, rather than having to deal with this shit.'
Silver leaned forward, his indifferent expression contorted into a hideous smirk.
"Look here whatever your name is, I don't care what you have against your sister. I don't care if you're both trying to kill eachother. Just leave me out of it. Or else.."
Rising to the challenge, Drusilla's eyes changed, gleaming dangerously, "or else what?"
"Ahem, or else I'll start screaming. I mean you're all vampires and shit, and I'm just a normal human, why do I have to suffer? I just want the money, that's all," his previous bravado all but gone, as he cowardly said in a deadpanned tone.
Drusilla smiled, "oh, so that's how my sister managed to get you. She promised you money. How much, perhaps I can buy you off?"
"She promised me all of it."
Drusilla blinked.
"Come again, I don't think I heard you properly the first time."
Silver leaned forward, elbowing the table and clasping his hands together, "I said, she promised all of it. With not a penny left in her name. That's the price, she gave me."
Drusilla was dumbfounded. She always knew the half-breed was an idiot, but not by this much. She looked at Silver. He wasn't worth that much, right?
"What makes you so special?" She asked, still shocked.
"I don't know, ask your sister."
Drusilla was about to say something, when she looked beside Silver, as a figure covered in shadows materialised, Ilyara.
Silver looked beside him, while Drusilla smirked at the shadow.
"It's nice of you to finally grace us with your presence."
Ilyara didn't say anything. She merely willed the shadows to mist away, exposing her eyes which were still alternating between violet, crimson and grey. But no less menacing.
Drusilla smirked went away, and was instantly replaced by fear as a memory long buried surfaced.
'No, I'm not the same as last time, I won't be intimidated by her. I won't kneel.'
Silver felt it by the charged tension in the air. The bloodlust lingering between the two that there was definitely going to be a fight if he didn't do something.
He sighed, before doing something unlike him. He immediately stood, cupped Ilyara's face, turning it his way. Ilyara's eyes widened, as she was flustered. Before she could react, Silver kissed her.
