"Some of us did. Some didn't plan on having breakfast." Sugawara said.
"Why didn't you have breakfast?"
"Well, we planned on buying some snacks since we were nervous." Akaji said, smiling at him.
"Ugh… you kids are so annoying." The coach said, sighing.
"We're sorry, coach."
"Okay. I told you guys we won't be subbing anyone in. Don't let them make you run around too much, or your stamina would run out. Do your best."
"Yes coach."
"Okay, let's go out there and have lots of fun!"

MATCHDAY, ATH POV:
"The audience… is really little." Suzune said as the team walked into the pitch.
"Okay! It's match day today, and the players have gotten into the field. It's the first match, and here we have Team C against Team T. I'm your commentator, Tomiyasu Kubo, and beside me is…"
"Furahashi Asano."
"Where'd the audience come from?"
"We should probably ask the coach later. They're taking a lot of pictures."
"Ugh…"
"Team C using a…"
"Ha…" Atsushi exhaled, clenching his fists, his eyes shut.
*It's about time. I've gotta do my best to help the team.* He thought, opening his eyes immediately.
"Make sure you receive my passes, okay?" Akatsuki said.
"Hmph. Of course I will." He said as they bumped fists.
WHISTLE…
"The whistle has been blown, I wonder how this match would turn out."
TAP… TAP…
Team T were the ones in possession of the ball, so they kept passing the ball to themselves.
*It's started! Let's crush this game, Atsushi.* Akatsuki thought, looking at Atsushi, who was already sprinting forward.
"Slime-kun." A guy with blonde undercut said, pointing at his legs.
"Okay."
*Slime… kun?* Atsushi thought as another guy with light blue hair passed to the blonde haired guy.
"Nice one."
Really, what the hell is Slime-kun?
The blonde guy ran forward, his gaze scattered as if looking for a pass.
"Aha! Here, Kaneko." He said, playing a lobbed through pass to their No. 10.
"Thanks Hiro." Their No.10 said, trapping the ball with his left leg before running forward.
*Ugh…* Atsushi thought, falling back.
"Oh…" Kaneko said, winking at Suzune, who ran towards him.
"Ugh…"
*Like she'd be able to steal the… huh?* He thought as she slid for the ball.
"Nani?"
"Oh what a suprise! Their N0.3 slid for the ball! But it's a loose ball. They can still get it!" Kubo said.
*Who's there?* Atsushi thought as Yusuke ran for the ball.
"Tsk." He clicked his tongue as one of the guys from Team T tried stopping him from moving forward.
Kimishita got closer, creating a passing opportunity for him.
*Be fast, or someone would come to mark me.* Kimishita thought, staring at Yusuke.
*I understand.* Yusuke thought, tapping the ball and making it go through the guys legs.
"Whoa." The guy said, running towards Kimishita.
"Hey! Stay on your mark."
"Ah, sorry." He said about to run back to Yusuke.
"Here." Kimishita said, passing the ball to Yusuke, who ran forward.
He looked around for anyone he could pass the ball to.
"Here." Ryuto said, as Yusuke played a through pass to him.
*How'd he sneak past me so easily?*
"Hmph, I'm unto you now." A guy from Team T said, standing before Ryuto.
"Ryuto!" I called as shaking off the guy who was on me.
*Hmph, like I'd let you score. You want to be in the limelight, in your dreams.* Ryuto thought, looking at Akaji.
*This is what I was scared of. There's no way Akaji would get the ball since two guys are on him. He'd either have to pass to me or pass back. But passing back won't be good either since Kimishita looks like he's the sole passing option behind him. For some reason, he wasn't marked.* Atsushi thought, still waving at Ryuto.
"Still not gonna pass?" The guy asked.
"Tsk." Ryuto clicked his tongue, facing Kimishita and passing back to him.
"Okay." Slime-kun said, intercepting the pass and kicking the ball to the right.
"Good one." Hiro said, runnubg forward.
"What?"
*Dammit!*
"Here, Kaneko." Hiro said, kicking the ball to him before running forward.
"Ha… I was deceived last time, not again." Kaneko said, running past Suzune.
"Ah…"
He played a through pass to Hiro before running to the right.
*They exchanged position again?*
*He's going to score. I've gotta do my best to stop it.* Koenji thought, looking at Hiro, who took a shooting stance.
"Wait! Not there, Koenji!" I shouted.
"Too bad, you're too late." Kaneko said as Hiro tapped the ball towards him.
"Oh no!" Hinami said, trying to stop him.
"Goal! He has done it! They've finally broken through!"
"Ha…" Atsushi sighed, his hands on his waist as he looked up at the sky.
*Hmph, these guys don't listen. This is why I hate coaching kids.* Coach Akihito thought, sighing.
"Keke, Akihito-kun." Team T's coach called, smiling at him.
"Hm? Who are you?"
"Wh-what?! It's me, M…"
"I was joking. I actually don't care." Akihito said.
"Grr… tsk."
"Yeah!" Hiro shouted, running towards Kaneko, who was celebrating his goal.
*I… didn't think he'd pass.* Koenji thought, still sitting on the floor.
"Don't mind, Koenji-kun." Chika said, helping him up.
"Ah… I'm sorry." He said, taking her hand.
"Come on! Don't look sad. Let's go, you're starting." Akatsuki said, slapping Atsushi at his back.
"Haha, you're right." Atsushi said as they walked back to kick-off.

"You guys move up. We've got to score one." Akaji said, running forward with the ball.
"Sure."
"Here." He said, passing back to Yusuke, who trapped the ball and passed it to Ryuto.
Ryuto immediately played a long lob to Akaji, who had already run forward.
"Sorry man." The RB said, jumping up and chesting the ball and kicking it to the GK.
*Dammit.* He thought, running back.
"Guys, fall back!"
Ryuto ran towards the girl whom the GK had played a short pass to.
"Hehe." He laughed, stealing the ball from the girl and running forward.
"They're running towards you, pass." Atsushi said.
"Hmph."
"Pass the damn ball!" Akatsuki shouted as Ryuto dribbled past the guy before him.
*Hmph, well, how'd you like that?* He thought.
"This idiot…" Akihito said, slapping his hand on his face.
"Whoa…" Ryuto said as the ball was stolen from him again.
"Here! Make it long!" Slime-kun shouted.
"You got that!" The guy who stole the ball said, pushing past Ryuto before playing a long ball.
"Okay." Hiro said, trapping the ball.
"Fall back!" Akaji shouted.
"Here, Kaneko!"
"Thanks." Kaneko said, looking at Koenji before shooting the ball.
*From there?* Atsushi thought, looking at the net as Koenji dived towards the left corner.
*Ugh… please! Don't go in!* He thought.
