I thought about it, MC who get's transmigrated as Kanae Tawata In Solo Leveling in some way?
And obviously on methods on how to make her a powerhouse in Human Standards.
When I say Powerhouse in Human Standards I meant at National-Level rank which I guess would be considered 'Decent' to Monarchs? But not nearly on par with them anyway.

-Solo Leveling Universe-
-Celestial Realm-
A realm so similar to Heaven or at least what Humans believe to be Heaven.
With whole cities standing on clouds in air, islands floating without any problem nor anything directing them.
A yellow sun shinning on the realm and it's secret beauty.
Yet, under all that beauty...
Is a secret of repetitious cycles of non-stop war since the dawn of time.
Indeed..
And race that lives in this realm?
Humans might as well call them Angels, despite them not calling themselves as such.
They call themselves simply, Celestials!
Celestials look like Humanoid figures, with pure-feather like long wings strapped on their backs, which they use for flying.
Even though they don't really need them fro flying since they have Mana.
And the world is raving with the same mentioned type of energy above.
It's simply...
Full of it.
Yet, in the middle of the same planet, same dimension, same realm is a large city, of which size you would never saw in your life!
Smallest buildings in the city are over one hundred meters tall!
And in the middle of the city is a beautiful structure!
A Tower!
So large and tall that the tower itself breaches the fabrics of the orbit!
It's almost entering the space itself how large it is!
Tower is coated in beautiful silver and gold.
A symbol of power for celestials, no doubt.
Yet, at the top of the tower itself is a small white 'bubble'!
Just as you heard it, a small Bubble!
And inside the bubble can be seen eight figures!
Upon closer look, seven of those eight figures appeared to be Celestials clad in golden and server armors with white robes, combined with pearl-white wings behind their backs.
And yet, one single outlier stood among them, the eight person who just happens to be sitting on a golden chair with an incredible expression plastered across his face.
He is actually a Human, a normal Human circled around by seven Celestials, who are not just Celestials, but THE Celestials, the Rulers themselves.
The only Human in the bubble appears to be a young man by all looks of it, with short black hair, black eyes and even pale skin.
Wearing baggy shirt and baggy pants. Brown Shirt and black pants.
Yet, he sat there on the golden chair with incredible expression on his face.
"So, to be blunt. You technically killed me, right?" Young man spoke, as he shifted slightly upon the gaze of Celestial's Rulers in front of him.
One of the seven, stepped forward.
His golden armor carved with unfamiliar symbols, yet a robe is covering that same armor. His helmet has a 'cross-shaped' white visor on top of it, with a floating halo encircling that same helmet.
And behind his back are four large pearl white wings, or simply two pairs of them.
He is the Brightest Fragment of Brilliant Light, the Leader of Rulers. " Indeed, it is our failure for it. As we used our Cup of Reincarnation to revert the Order of Universe back by ten years.." He raised his right hand and circled the top of the air with his clawed gauntlets.
Young man visible gulped.
"And you also have managed to read through my memories...?" The Young Man Visibly gulped.
The Brightest Fragment shook his head. " Fret not, we did not look at your 'Private Memories' but rather the spectrum of your knowledge, which managed to include the History of our Universe."
Rulers shared a glance, before the Leader continued. " And we are delighted to know that at the end of this all, our wish on the safety of Humanity would be obtained in the end by the New Shadow Monarch. " He tilted his head.
But yet, young man could not help but ask a very important question himself. " But how did Cup of Reincarnation even manage to bring me here.."
A silence, as Rulers shared another glance towards each other.
"We are unsure of how, but it was indeed in the realm of possibility, as Cup of Reincarnation reversed the flow of time in our Universe, it did not for others. A small hole in the reality has opened, resulting in your 'unfortunate' transfer here. Though, transferring from higher dimension into lower one is certainly interesting concept, as we have believed to be apex of civilization." The Leader of Rulers stroked his helmet? Where his chin should have been?
Silence hung in the room for few seconds, and only breathing from the only Human was present.
"But nevertheless, the feat of you managing to somehow stay alive in the void of dimensions for so much time is feat of incredibility in your Humans, I suppose it makes sense if you add your dimensionality in the count?"
"So, what is going to happen to me from now on?" Young man couldn't help but voice his own troubles and situations.
Just in time as Brightest Fragment of Brilliant Light replied. "From you memories, you are aware of how we Rulers and Monarchs take our Vessels and on what principles, and how it might benefit the Vessels themselves?" He asked, receiving a firm nod of understanding from the Human in front of him.
"Same requirements would also apply to you, thought your requirement for 'transmigrating' or simply possessing a Human Body are far more stricter than our or Monarchs. And there is only one person in the whole Earth capable to comfortably synchronize with your soul without any drawbacks."
But young man instead panicked for a moment. " Wait! It's true that I would have liked to live more, and enjoy my life to fullest, I certainly do not want to take over someone's life just for something like that. " He raised his hands above in placating manner as he shook his head, " Especially now since I know that you all real living breathing beings."
Rulers shared glances, though unknown to Young Human in front of them, they already had conversations running through their minds.
But, one of the other Rulers stepped forward as they spoke. " Do not be afraid. " Silence. " For, that Human being somehow just passed away, we are unsure how, but it may be due to your synchronization making contact with each other even through dimensions..."
