Gia's POV
"Dominic, that is my brother"
I looked on the almost lifeless body on the bed hooked on different machines and a nurse working the needles and the IV fluids. My hands were shaking at my brother lying on the bed.
"How....when....how?" I was confused and didn't know what to say.
"I wanted to surprise you when you got back home from the cafe, when that happened. Pulled some strings and made a few calls,and I was able to get him from the house. Turns out he wasn't in Spain anymore. They brought him here to celebrate his birthday. Which is stupid to me but I got him here"
"I haven't seen my brother in years and he is here"
