Melanie.
"What's up? Sit down, please." He gestures to the seat in front of him.
I find myself disappointed at his detached tone. Unfortunately I can't complain. I caused this for myself.
"I came to ask you to please allow us return to our usual routine. Please don't lock me in again…Let things return to the way they were between us, initially. I promise, I wouldn't…" I see his hardened expression and I stutter. "I promise, I wouldn't cheat on you again."

"I haven't locked you up. We're back in LA. Your life can return to its usual routine." He finally speaks, but avoids my gaze.
