Malachi.
It's as if someone just dropped a bucket of ice on my head. I shift my gaze between the photo and Rio. Nate rushes up beside me, equally glaring at the photo.
"You f***ing liar! Where did you get this photo from?! Can't you see, Malachi, it's photo shopped." Nathan turns to me.
I ignore his outburst and continue to stare at the photo. Everything is there before our eyes for us to accept.
"How long ago did Leon know this?" I ask, shocked.
I don't want to look up. Because if I do, Rio would give me this smug look. And the last thing I need now is such a look.
"How long?!" I raise my voice, furiously.
"It's been a year." Rio reveals.
I stagger back, the enormity of this confession hitting me hard. Leon had known this secret for a year and hadn't deemed it necessary to tell me. I was his closest pal and yet, he had hidden this. I don't know if I should head to his grave and punch him till his eyes bulge out.
"Anyone else knows about this?" I ask, sternly.
