Nevertheless, this job, this organization that I have created is just a temporary…

"I supposed, this is all the S Rank heroes in this room?" He looked at the room that was filled with 4 of the S rank including Him. Nevertheless, only silence fills the room, "I suppose they have a reason that they have tell you about?" Yet, it was still silent… But I expected this would happen, being the leader, the one managing this organization, and the number 1 S rank hero would be stressful.
Hopefully, they were not outside using their ability to travel. "We should leave they reason for next time as today the Mana Machine Detection (MMD) has suddenly detected something unusual…" Usually, I expected they would be shocked, yet they only give a bad vibe by being too quiet…
"Sighed… No matter if I am a leader of this organization, I am still a people of the other world like everyone else in this room. Furthermore, the mana that was detected by the MMD is very different this time…" Just silent, even so… it was disappointing to only be the one that talk, in the room filled with four people. As they muttered to each other about this artificial rift, I kept wondering myself about how someone could create something impossible?
'If this were an artificial rift created by someone, does that mean everyone could finally go back home? Hm… I don't think that is a good idea for now…'
"Moreover, this Rift has appeared approximately 3 times in one day…" That is when Satsuki looked me dead in the eyes and said "I sense that, that rift has bring a dangerous people that would cause catastrophic death to this world civilization…" Even so… what he said is true but proving it, would be difficult.

'Hm… she looks familiar to the picture I gave to my agent' That was when I realised that she was the new hero I sent my agent to capture or to say the least kidnapped in which he would do it.
"So, you must be the new hero!" I said it softly while having a kind smile.
'SHIT!' as she realized, she had been caught by some stranger.

As the clock ticked in the office, both were very silent. One smiled kindly meeting a new hero, and another was scared for a sudden meet-up. 'How the hell!? Did It end up like this!? This looks like an interview for a job?!' If this was a job interview, I would be more scared as I failed to get any full-time jobs.
As John looked at her anxious. He knew, he had to do something to calm her down. "Miss Alice, you don't need to be scared. I've only invited you here for some conversation, and you should take some deep breath to calm yourself down…"
As she finally calms herself, he happily said to her "Well it seems you finally calmed down. We can now start our conversation, should we?" as I looked at her nodding.
"Good, as you know, I've sent my agent to bring you here to protect and hide the otherworld heroes from being misused by this world government."
"Otherworld heroes?" I very was confused and wasn't sure what he meant by otherworld hero
'She doesn't know about the other world?' it was very suspicious that someone came from otherworld didn't know about otherworld. But, the percentage of them is very low for them didn't recognize the other.
"Well, you see, an Otherworld hero isn't for this world. And we otherworld heroes have abilities such as superpowers, and more that isn't from this world."
Seeing as her confuse, has made it became more suspicious for her didn't know the ability came from the otherworld, but I only hope that I didn't send my agent to bring or should I say kidnapped someone for this world into this organisation.
"But I am for this world…?" That was the moment when John realised his biggest mistake.
'FUCK!' as he realised, he accidentally sent his agent to capture someone for this world. "Hahaha! That must be a joke, right?" as I faking my laugh, while my forehead began to sweat a bit.
"No?" said Alice very confused seeing where this conversation was heading.
'Impossible, this never has happened before... How can the (MMD) fail to find a hero?!' It was very suspicious, my curiosity got larger to know how and why this girl have the same mana as us otherworld. 'Something isn't right…' as John looked at her with curiosity.
Although, in Alice's perspective, this conversation Wasn't the same normal conversation she used to. "Uhm… are we, done talking?"
"Huh, right, as you know this hero job isn't something that can be found or accepted easily… It can only be accepted when the (MMD) detects a hero across this world. Also, this job can't be denied for a good reason…"
"The good reason?"
"If, you denied this job. We, heroes can't help you when the government found out the existing of ability, then you will become they very own puppet…" as expected, she was disbelief for what I've spoke to her.
As she tried to figure out, if she should accept or refuse it, she said to herself 'Is this it?' the situation she was in, has become a life-or-death situation. 'Is there nothing else I can't do? But, force to be one?' as she looked at John that staring at her.
"Sighed, I supposed so… even if you refuse, I can't deny for what I've doing is disappointing. If, the government found out about your ability and used it in war. I would blame myself for failing to protect one…"
'I have no other choice than… but, to become one.' As she thought to herself.
"Then… I'll accept this job offer…" Disappointed or not, it still better than becoming a government puppet.
John could finally exhale a sigh of relief, when Alice has accepted to become a hero. More of… force to be one. But of course, once his task complete. He happily said. "Welcome to Hero organisation! Think of us, one of your family for now on!"
"Cool, but… what am I supposed to do? I don't have an ability?"
"You don't need to worry about that, Some Heroes does not have an ability, but they still one of us. Because, otherworld hero has Mana than your people."
"Thank goodness, I've thought I have to disguise myself as a hero…" seeing as she was relief, john look at his watch seeing as it was almost night. John said to himself.
'Perhaps, this would be a goodtime to end this conversation'
At last, the conversation finally ends here. Before she could leave the room, John gave her a keycard for her room door with the number "139" while giving her, a task to do tomorrow. "You should go ahead made an identification hero card tomorrow. My Agent, will assist you on creating your first Identification hero card in MIO room."
"MIO room?"
"Don't worry, you would be amazed by it, tomorrow. After that, you should go ahead start your first training with the rank that you're in. If you need help? You can ask any heroes in this organisation. They surely will help you."
"Thanks, I guess…"
As she leaves the room, John could finally sigh of relief seeing as the conversation was more awkward than normal one… Yet, I was strange… before she left the room, John used [Mana Eyes Detection] to see if she has mana that the same like the rest of other. But it isn't… Curiosity was very much high for him. Seeing as her mana is different, A bluish aura of mana overflowing inside and outside of her body liked it was… producing its own mana, while absorbing the small mana that's in the air to release its own mana across her body.
'Interesting…' John was amazed and would love to know the secret that could be hidden in her thought…

As the door of her room finally open. She quickly leaps toward the comfy bed, before laying down in the soft and comfy bed… 'At last, … I have miss you my very own soft, comfy bed!'
As she slowly closed her eyes, she thought to herself. 'I which… and hopefully… get my own ability… so I could be like the rest of them…'
At last, she finally could fell asleep without anyone interrupted her.
