Zyran didn't leave Alvaro's side, both of them sat inside the room in heavy silence that spoke volumes.
"Let's visit her," Alvaro suggested. "I have a feeling she wouldn't like the crowd of fake smiles. Let's go meet her alone. It'll be our little secret, shh." He placed his trembling finger on his lips.
Zyran knew exactly who Alvaro was talking about. Aside from his legacy, there has always been one person that lived rent-free in the old man's cold heart.
"I'll get the car ready," Zyran stood up, but Alvaro stopped him.
"No... not there, her wine room."
Zyran turned, his eyes on Alvaro. There was just something about the man that seemed different lately, but he couldn't really say what it was. And it's been close to seven years since they visited the place he spoke of.
