With no other option but to wait for Deadshot to make his move, Barry busied himself with work and running around, aiding people in need.
Team Flash still tried to find Deadshot. But a man who has been evading the entirety of the world's government and its bureaus for years, how can just three people find him?
Another day is about to come to an end. People are heading home back from work after a long, busy day.
Even with everything that is happening around the city, the people continue to move on with their lives.
Barry is currently sitting on top of a tall building, looking over the city. With all the city lights under the night sky, it looks very beautiful.
No one would believe that such a beautiful city is the epicenter of chaos.
But he also knows the reason why this city is this chaotic. It's because he lives in a world of comic books, where common sense doesn't make sense.
"Barry!" He suddenly hears Cisco's voice in his ear, and he seems panicked.
"Cisco, what's going on?" Barry asks.
"Deadshot, he is back," Cisco says, immediately alerting Barry.
"Deadshot? Where is he?" Barry asks.
"I don't know. It's just another video feed from him. He is asking you to be at City Center. He also has hostages with him..." Cisco says, panic in his voice.
"Hostages? How many? Where are they?" Barry asks.
"We don't know. He has a few hostages beside him in the video. He is saying that if you don't stand still at the City Center Plaza, he is going to execute the hostages one by one," Cisco says, worried.
"Alright, I will go there," Barry says.
"No, don't go. You know it's a trap. You will die. Even you are not fast enough this time, please...." This time, it's Caitlin who speaks, and Barry can hear the fear in her voice. Fear of losing another person in her life because of such sacrificial choices.
"Sorry, Caitlin, but I need to go," Barry says and runs.
And at this speed, communication is useless, so no matter how much Caitlin is begging him not to go, he can't listen.
With great speed, the Flash arrives before the City Center Plaza.
A large crowd has already gathered, watching the video playing on the massive billboard.
They watch as the crazed masked psychopath once again threatens the lives of innocent civilians in exchange for Flash's life.
Seeing that there is no other way out of this. Barry knows he has to stop and become visible to everyone so that Deadshot can also see him.
So stops right in the middle of the plaza, immediately garnering gasps and shock from the people around.
This is the very first time the Flash is before the people. They can see him in his signature red suit, but they cannot see his face, as his face is just a blur of red.
Camera flashes immediately go wild as people begin taking his photo, but his only concern is Deadshot and the hostages.
'Come on, Batman, now is your time. Don't fail me,' Barry thinks as he waits for Batman to make the move as he watches Deadshot and his hostages in the video.
This time, Deadshot is playing safe by keeping his hostages closer to him so that Flash can't save them like before, which is quite frustrating for Barry.
'Come on, I am running out of time. Where the fuck are you Bruce?' Barry questions when he suddenly hears something in his ear.
"To your right, 8000 meters. On top of the SkyPoint building," As soon as Batman's voice falls on Barry's ear, he bolts towards the said direction.

On top of the SkyPoint building, Deadshot has his sights set, and he is just waiting for the target to arrive.
Even though he is doing the same shit from last time, this time he has a gun that can shoot at the speed of light and he has the hostages right behind him, so if Flash tries anything, he can make an example out of them.
Deadshot's wait is finally over when he sees a flash, and then a man in a red suit stands right dab in the middle of the plaza, watching the video.
Deadshot chose this place because, one, he has a direct shot at the plaza, two, there is a huge billboard to distract the Flash so that he doesn't see the light projectile heading towards him.
With Flash in sight, Deadshot loads his gun. The gun starts humming as it concentrates the photon particles into a singular object.
But before his charge to get ready, Flash disappears from his sight.
Shocked, Deadshot backs away a little and sees a lightning streak coming right towards him.
"Shit!" He says, and quickly turns around, takes out his handgun, and points it at the hostages to execute them, but before he can even pull the trigger, his vision shifts, and he is in a completely different place.
He looks down at his hand and sees that they are cuffed. His guns are gone, and he is now standing behind bars as a few police officers look at him, dumbfounded, from outside the cell.
Deadshot looks around and sees that he has been locked inside the CCPD.

After Flash got the exact location of Deadshot, it was easy to catch him.
Before Deadshot could even pull the trigger and kill the hostages, Flash appeared right behind him.
First, he took away Deadshot's handgun, then his photon rifle, then all the other guns and blades that Deadshot had hidden all over his body.
He then grabs the back of Deadshot's neck and runs him to CCPD, puts him behind bars, cuffs his hands, locks the cell's door, puts the keys back on one of the officer's belts, and leaves.
