"Unable to detect Fifth Tier Powerhouse?"

"Not even Fourth Tier?"

The middle-aged man was momentarily stunned, his expression showing a hint of bewilderment as he heard this.

This was a Fifth Tier Peak Level world, yet no Fifth Tier Powerhouse could be found, this could be explained since the world's plot had just begun, and Fifth Tier Powerhouse might not have appeared yet. But the absence of a Fourth Tier Expert was simply absurd.

After all, in a Fifth Tier Peak Level world, a Fourth Tier Expert is not considered Expert-level.

It's only average.

Even in the initial stages of the world's plot, it shouldn't be missing.

Yet, it seemed to truly be absent.

"Yes, we cannot detect it."

"Currently, we cannot find any traces of any Fourth Tier Power."

The person who spoke also had a strange expression on their face as he said this. This was the first time they had encountered such a situation.

"I understand. Continue to monitor the descent closely! Report immediately if there is any information about the massive Descent of the Ninja World." The middle-aged man took a deep breath and spoke in a serious tone.

"Understood!" The figure nodded slightly.

However, after a moment of hesitation, they couldn't help but speak up.

"Deputy Minister, should we investigate the information of the Initial Conquester? Perhaps…"

Before the words could fully leave their mouth, a cold gaze instantly fell upon them, causing their words to abruptly stop.

"Do you know what you're saying? What is the third clause on the first page of the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation's World Conqueror Regulations?" The middle-aged man's voice was icy as he asked.

"Deputy Minister!" The figure instinctively tried to speak again.

"What is the third clause on the first page of the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation's World Conqueror Regulations?" The middle-aged man ignored the figure and coldly repeated the question.

"The third clause on the first page of the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation's World Conqueror Regulations states: 'All citizens of the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation, the existence of World Conquerors is the personal privacy of the World Conquerors. No individual or organization may attempt to obtain the personal privacy of a World Conquerors for any reason.'" The figure spoke loudly.

"So, you do know. Alright, now you can pack your things and leave here immediately!" The middle-aged man spoke in a stern voice.

The figure's face instantly turned pale, and they instinctively wanted to speak, but under the cold gaze of the middle-aged man, they lowered their head and quickly began packing their things.

The surroundings were eerily silent.

Only after the figure left in dejection did the middle-aged man turn his gaze to everyone else.

"I know what you're thinking, but this is the cornerstone established by that person when the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation was founded. No one can break it. This is also the fundamental reason why so many geniuses have emerged in the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation over the past few hundred years."

"If you have objections, fine. Become the strongest in the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation, and you'll have the right to set the rules. If you can't, then follow the rules obediently. I don't want to hear such words again."

The middle-aged man's stern words echoed in the surroundings.

"Yes!"

"Understood!"

The figures around him trembled with fear and quickly responded.

The middle-aged man then left the area.

Only after he left did everyone breathe a sigh of relief.

However, at this moment, everyone's hearts tightened.

While the DaXia (Great Xia) capital was taking action, changes in the outside world were still ongoing.

In the following time, the Ninja World descended once again.

This time, the Descent occurred in the Chaoyang City area, which was still within the DaXia (Great Xia) capital.

Moreover, the scale of this Descent was larger than the first. Over a hundred individuals descended this time, with more than a dozen Second-Tier existences and even three Third-Tier Experts.

So it was normal that some chaos also ensued.

After all, many individuals might not remain docile after suddenly gaining extraordinary Power. They might also be influenced by the Descent's impact on their minds.

Fortunately, with the city defense forces present and the incident occurring within Chaoyang City, the situation was quickly quelled.

For the DaXia (Great Xia) Federation, this was actually a good thing, as it gained three additional Third-Tier Experts.

Even if these Third-Tier Experts couldn't grow further, their value was still significant.

…

The next day at DaXia (Great Xia) Academy.

As the morning sunlight bathed the academy, Jiang Chen and Jiang Xi made their way to the classroom.

Jiang Chen hadn't initially planned to attend, but after giving it some thought, he decided otherwise. His understanding of this world was still limited, and attending classes could offer valuable insights and information that he didn't know. Gaining a deeper understanding of this world would undoubtedly benefit him in the future.

Of course, a more pressing reason was the two-month wait until his next Login. Since the world had yet to be fully conquered and he couldn't enhance his strength in the Main World, using this time wisely seemed like the best choice.

What surprised him was the wealth of knowledge the DaXia Academy had to offer. Even with just a few occasional classes, Jiang Chen gained a clearer understanding of the nature of the Entire World and the concept of World Conquest.

While the academy's knowledge of the various Dimension worlds might not match his own, centuries of research had made their insights incredibly valuable.

Their systematic World Conquest strategies, in particular, caught Jiang Chen's admiration. Based on his understanding of these Dimension worlds, he could see that these strategies had a high probability of success.

However, the academy's teachings weren't limited to conquest strategies. They also covered practical skills for surviving in other Dimension worlds and maximizing potential benefits.

Then there was the topic of Dimension invasion.

Yes, Dimension invasion.

Jiang Chen had previously been aware of both Dimension Descent and Dimension Invasion, but his knowledge had been rather superficial. At DaXia Academy, he finally gained a clearer understanding of the latter.

Unlike Dimension Descent, Dimension invasion was an entirely different phenomenon.

Dimension Descent, whether it was the initial version or the more recent Ninja World's Descent Merge, involved a passive integration of a Dimension world with the Main World. The worlds intertwined, gradually merging together.

Dimension invasion, on the other hand, was an active act of aggression. A Realm Lord would deliberately invade the Main World, spreading corruption and altering its very essence. If the invasion was successful, the Main World would be transformed into a Dimension world, potentially leading to its complete destruction.

Faced with a Dimension invasion, there was only one viable response — immediate and decisive destruction. The consequences of failure were unimaginable.

Interestingly, unlike Dimension Descent, where obtaining intelligence on the invading world was the primary reward, successfully repelling a Dimension invasion brought additional benefits.

Killing the invading entities not only granted intelligence but also provided Login Permissions. Moreover, the Main World itself would offer corresponding rewards, further incentivizing defenders to resist with all their might.

These rewards could even enhance Transcendent Power that had already been fixed.

However, the challenge was immense.

For those with fixed Transcendent Power, this was the only path to further improvement. There was no other way.

"I wonder when the second Dimension invasion will begin," Jiang Chen mused, his eyes flickering with anticipation. "Will there be higher-level worlds?"

As mentioned before, the Dragon Ball World's level was decent, but it was far from the highest. Compared to some complete mythological worlds, the limitations of the Dragon Ball World were evident.

Jiang Chen eagerly looked forward to the arrival of higher-level worlds or those that could complement the abilities of the Dragon Ball World. Yet, the timing of the next world invasion remained uncertain. He had no way of knowing when it would happen, nor could he predict whether a higher-level Dimension world would appear.

All he could do was wait.
