Connor was cute when he cried. His nose became extremely red and he constantly had hiccups which made him flustered. He complained a lot and didn't want to hear anything besides praise. I just had to tell him he was a greater rugby player than me just to get him to stop crying.
That caught his attention and once he was fed he was in a slightly better mood. We cuddled on the couch wrapped up in blankets with Connor resting his head on my shoulder as I fed him crisps.
"So what have you been up to this past week?"
"I had to go to help Malia with planning the nursery for their baby. She'll also be having a baby shower soon so that was great fun. Other than that I was pretty much at home."
"How far along is she now?"
"Close to seven months so any day now," I smiled. "Quite scary being an uncle."
"You're going to be a shit uncle," Connor chuckled then smiled up at me. "Are you excited?"
