Shin walked out of the tree and looked around. His limbs were already freezing under the merciless cold, but at least he had clothes this time. He didn't wait for long and rushed across the forest, exploring in the direction that Arachne pointed at. As powerful as Lilia is, he won't put her against unknown abominations that could as well kill any of them, or at least injure them a lot.
To Shin's luck, or unluck, his exploration didn't last long before he found himself looking out of the forest at a massive, sprawling stone city that extended as far as the eye could see. The walls were almost fifty yards tall, and countless watch towers spread across them at equal intervals.
