Chapter 493 - Primeval Yinglong and the Void Giant God

Deep within the Miracle Star Sea, the Yinglong Clone transformed into a bird egg using the Myriad Transformation Sacred Law. It looked just like the Feathered God's bird egg, except it was infinitely smaller. Moreover, this time, the Myriad Transformation Sacred Law's imitation was extremely poor because Rosen couldn't even analyze the Feathered God's life gene map.

It would be impossible to fool the still-undead fledgling embryo with such a superficial transformation. So, he did something else: first, he enhanced the Main God Computer into a Primeval Sacred Object using the Miracle Star Sea, then transformed the Main God Computer into a biological supercomputer, and finally integrated the biological supercomputer into the fledgling embryo's underdeveloped brain.

Through the Main God Computer, he then manipulated the fledgling embryo's brain to control the life origin within its body. The underdeveloped brain grew countless root-like tendrils, which continuously absorbed the life origin from the embryo. Then, through the Miracle Star Sea's processes of stripping, absorbing, suppressing, decomposing, assimilating, symbiotic relations, and fusing, the Feathered God's life origin was gradually injected into the bird egg that the Yinglong Clone had transformed into, assisting the Yinglong Clone in continuously devouring the Feathered God's life origin.

To ensure success, Rosen also gave the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye, excavated from the Chaos Saint God's corpse, to the Yinglong Clone. The Infinite Evolution trait of Infinite Evolution, coupled with the Miracle Sublimation of the Miracle Star Sea, was enough to allow the Yinglong Clone to successfully digest the Feathered God's life origin, and even cause its own Yinglong bloodline to undergo sublimation and transformation, ultimately fully advancing to a Primeval Lifeform.

The entire process sounded simple, but in practical operation, too many difficulties were encountered. Rosen experienced countless failures and spent hundreds of years in trial and error before finally succeeding in getting the Yinglong Clone to absorb the first wisp of life origin. As an endless stream of life origin poured into the bird egg that the Yinglong had transformed into, the outwardly identical bird egg began to be transformed by the life origin into a true Feathered God bird egg.

However, this wasn't the result Rosen wanted. He wanted an Yinglong clone, not a Feathered God clone. While a Feathered God clone would undoubtedly be more powerful, perhaps even more powerful than a successfully advanced Yinglong clone, a Feathered God clone would inevitably fully acquire the Feathered God's inherited memories, and ultimately, the Feathered God might revive through the Feathered God clone. Therefore, a Feathered God clone would undoubtedly be a huge hidden danger in the long run; only the Yinglong Clone was truly his own clone.

Rosen's true body also began to perform the Myriad Transformation Sacred Law, transforming into a bird egg and merging with the Yinglong Clone. A clone was originally a part of his true body, so the fusion of the true body and clone was naturally effortless. Rosen, relying on the Indestructible Will that formed his Primeval Sacred Body, maintained his own life origin from being devoured by the Feathered God's life origin.

This fusion lasted for ten thousand years. The fledgling embryo was almost completely desiccated. The Feathered God bird egg that Rosen had transformed into was also almost completely finished digesting all of the fledgling embryo's life origin.

Absorbing the life origin was very smooth, but refining the brain core was very difficult. Rosen only realized after beginning the refinement that this brain core was perfectly compatible with the Feathered God's life origin. He could now fuse with the brain core by transforming into a Feathered God bird egg, but if he dispelled the Myriad Transformation Sacred Law, the brain core would immediately lose control and retaliate.

Rosen also considered whether the Yinglong Clone could adopt a Feathered God combat form. Transforming into the Feathered God during combat, and when not in combat, the brain core wouldn't necessarily need to be fully controlled. However, after careful study, he found that it wouldn't work. Because once the brain core deeply fused with the life origin, every time the Yinglong Clone transformed into the Feathered God and utilized the brain core's power, it would permanently transform into the Feathered God, eventually becoming a resurrection vessel for the Feathered God.

A terrifying existence like the Feathered God, a Transcendent Primeval Lifeform, even if fallen, was not something to be trifled with casually. Seemingly, the Yinglong Clone devoured the Feathered God's fledgling embryo, but in reality, the Feathered God was using the Yinglong Clone to revive.

Although the Feathered God's intelligence was only at an ordinary human level due to lacking spirituality, the Feathered God's overwhelming strength was enough to compensate for the deficiencies in intelligence. The simplest way to solve this hidden danger was not to use the brain core and not to transform into the Feathered God. But Rosen truly desired the Feathered God's power, so he prepared to try whether the Indestructible Source Seed could completely parasitize the brain core.

He had tried parasitism before, and the Feathered God's brain core strongly resisted the Indestructible Source Seed when threatened. But if the Yinglong Clone transformed into the Feathered God, then fused with and controlled the Feathered God's brain core, forcefully making the brain core actively cooperate with the Indestructible Source Seed's parasitic fusion, then theoretically, the success rate of the Indestructible Source Seed's parasitism would greatly increase.

With a thought, Rosen had already transformed into the Feathered God.

Compared to the Feathered God's massive true form, which spanned dozens of light-years, the Feathered God he transformed into had a mere one-light-year wingspan. A light-year, on a cosmic scale, is incredibly tiny.

The World Tree, at its peak, was only an Eternal Lifeform, yet its volume was no smaller than a living Feathered God. However, while maintaining its largest size, the World Tree's physical strength might not even reach the Immortal level. Its body strength could only increase to the Eternal level when its size was compressed to a few hundred kilometers. This is because the total mass of matter forming the body remains constant; the larger the body, the more fragile it becomes.

In contrast, even at a colossal true form of dozens of light-years, every inch of the Feathered God's body at its peak possessed the strength of a Transcendent Primeval Lifeform. The Feathered God could even inflate its body to several thousand light-years, but such expansion was meaningless and would only weaken itself.

Rosen familiarized himself with his enormous one-light-year wingspan. Every inch of his flesh and feathers had the strength of a Primeval Sacred Body. He tried to compress his body further but found he couldn't. Lifeforms like the Feathered God could expand their size but lacked the ability to shrink it.

This is because the Feathered God's current size is already the result of its body being compressed to its absolute limit. Even if its body were forcibly compressed further, its physical strength wouldn't increase. Instead, the cells would be damaged by the forced compression.

Rosen began to refine the Feathered God's brain core. The brain core, which had previously been impossible to refine, instantly fused with his body. Immediately afterward, the Feathered God brain core's life talents began to further transform the Feathered God's body.

The Feathered God brain core had two core life talents. The most central one was the Life Magnetic Field. Given the Feathered God's enormous size, a mere flick of its wings could generate hurricanes powerful enough to extinguish a sun. However, with the Life Magnetic Field enveloping its entire body, the Feathered God could move its body, even flapping its wings at maximum power, without disturbing a single speck of dust on the ground. The Feathered God could perfectly control every ounce of its power through the Life Magnetic Field.

Furthermore, it could use the Life Magnetic Field to exist in a state of independent parallelism with the current spacetime. The Feathered God could thereby exist independently of the superficial spacetime of the endless deep space, allowing it to easily integrate into deeper spacetime for spacetime travel. Rosen took a hundred thousand years to reach the cosmic remnant of the Void Universe, but now that he had transformed into the Feathered God, it would take him at most ten thousand years. If it were the Feathered God at its peak, it could traverse a hundred thousand years' journey to reach other universes in just a century.

Besides assisting in controlling power and moving in deeper spacetime, the Life Magnetic Field also offered terrifying enhancements to offense and defense. The larger the body, the stronger the power, but correspondingly, the harder it was to concentrate that power. The Life Magnetic Field could perfectly concentrate all destructive power, then integrate it into a single feather to easily tear apart Primeval Sacred Body-level defenses. It could also concentrate all defensive power to easily resist any damage.

The nine transcendent lifeforms born in the Void Universe, like the Feathered God, were all avian lifeforms and all possessed the Life Magnetic Field. The mysterious, elusive feather that obliterated outsiders within the Void Universe remnant should have come from one of these transcendent lifeforms. However, that one was likely not entirely dead yet. He would inevitably encounter it during his continued exploration of the Void Universe remnant, though he didn't know if the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye would ensure his safety then.

As the Life Magnetic Field completely transformed his body, the Feathered God brain core's second life talent, Life Assimilation, began to activate. The Feathered God could integrate the Life Magnetic Field into all things, then assimilate all things into its own Life Origin, thereby endlessly expanding its own Life Origin. Of course, the stronger the Life Origin, the less the quality of the Life Assimilation target could differ, otherwise, the fusion would be ineffective.

Besides being able to assimilate all things, Life Assimilation could also separate the assimilated things and exert absolute control over them. The first assimilation target Rosen thought of was the Ancient God, whose Indestructible Will memories had been wiped.

Soon, the Ancient God's Indestructible Will re-formed, and the Life Magnetic Field permeated it, quickly integrating the Indestructible Will into its own Life Origin, and then re-separating the Ancient God's Indestructible Will. The Ancient God originally only had Indestructible Will and an Eternal Sacred Body, but after separation, the Eternal Sacred Body directly transformed into a Primeval Sacred Body. This is because, for the Feathered God, Life Origin was everything; Divine Origin and self-consciousness took a back seat. And the key to the Primeval Sacred Body was the dominance of Life Origin.

The power of the Feathered God's life talents exceeded imagination, and instead of being happy, Rosen became more vigilant. He began to attempt to parasitize the Feathered God's brain core with an Indestructible Source Seed. Under his suppression, the Feathered God's brain core perfectly cooperated.

The parasitism process was unusually smooth, but during the fusion process, the Indestructible Source Seed was, in turn, reverse-fused by the Life Assimilation talent. Defeating Life Assimilation was simple: the will within the Indestructible Source Seed just needed to overpower the Feathered God's Life Origin. Rosen couldn't achieve this now; conservatively estimating, his Indestructible Will would need to reach over ten thousand points, and then he would need to exhaust all the Indestructible Source Seeds generated by his Indestructible Will to barely suppress Life Assimilation and completely control the Feathered God's brain core.

Swallowing an elephant with a snake—it's never as easy as it sounds. Rosen regrettably disengaged his transformation. He then discovered that although Life Assimilation couldn't be fully utilized without restraining the Feathered God's brain core, the Life Magnetic Field, activated by his Life Origin, had permanently solidified. The Yinglong Clone could maintain one-third of its combat power even without transforming into the Feathered God.

He roughly estimated that now, his true body might not even be able to defeat the Yinglong Clone. Rosen reluctantly separated the Yinglong Clone from his true body and was pleasantly surprised to find that his true body's Life Magnetic Field had also been activated. He immediately tore open a spacetime rift and sent the Yinglong Clone back into the Void Universe remnant to continue exploring.

Now, the Lunar Indestructible Cold Light was no longer needed; the Yinglong Clone directly manifested its true Yinglong form. Rosen gauged the size of the Yinglong's true form; it wasn't as large as the Feathered God, but it was about one-third the size, and the Life Magnetic Field was also roughly one-third its strength. This was because the Yinglong's Life Origin couldn't fully digest the Feathered God's Life Origin. It would only be when the Yinglong's true form reached a one-light-year wingspan that the Feathered God fledgling embryo's Life Origin would be considered completely digested.

The Life Magnetic Field could enhance offense and defense, and naturally, it could also enhance the Yinglong's innate talents. This was also the natural advantage of bloodline lifeforms. The Yinglong, by virtue of its Life Origin, became a Primeval Lifeform, and along with it, the Yinglong's bloodline talents also evolved to the Primeval level. Although it was the weakest kind, it was not to be underestimated after being enhanced by the Life Magnetic Field.

Rosen opened his black-hole-like maw, and the dragon's roar, amplified by the Life Magnetic Field, diffused silently. The Yinglong's roar possessed the characteristic of a great sound being silent to normal hearing. After being enhanced by the Life Magnetic Field, the sound wave propagation range of a single roar was at least tens of thousands of light-years. This exploration efficiency was far superior to that of the Lunar Indestructible Cold Light.

Finding nothing, Rosen flapped his wings and, relying on the Life Magnetic Field, escaped into deeper spacetime. Arriving at a new location, his dragon head emerged from the deep void, letting out another roar.

Rosen was conducting a carpet search from the outermost perimeter. While he knew that the core of the Void Universe was most likely to contain what he was looking for, the danger there was absolutely beyond imagination. He wanted to become as strong as possible in the relatively safe outer regions. The nine Transcendent lifeforms of the Void Universe—just the dried corpse of one Feathered God had already yielded such great benefits. If he could find other corpses, his chances of exploring the universe's core would undoubtedly be much greater.

However, the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. Rosen explored the entire Void Universe remnant, excluding the core region, for a long period of four thousand years, but found nothing but emptiness. Was his luck in encountering the Feathered God's dried corpse in the boundless Void Universe perhaps too good to be true?

Rosen believed in luck, but also because he controlled the Law of Destiny in the New Universe. The Void Universe remnant, however, had no Law of Destiny. Why did he encounter the Feathered God's dried corpse so easily? Rosen couldn't help but suspect that thousands of years ago, it wasn't he who found the Feathered God's dried corpse, but rather the Feathered God's dried corpse that actively sought him out.

Having confirmed that the Void Universe remnant had no further exploratory value, he began to cautiously approach the universe's core region. The closer he got, the more immense the Primeval Dark Sun Power absorbed by the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye in his glabella became. Rosen's continuous exploration for several millennia without direct discoveries was primarily driven by the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye's ability to endlessly absorb Primeval Dark Sun Power from the deepest reaches of the cosmic remnant. To this day, the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye already showed signs of evolving again.

However, merely absorbing Primeval Dark Sun Power no longer had an effect on the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye. Rosen could distinctly feel the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye's intense craving for the universe's core region. This craving grew stronger with closer proximity, finally reaching a critical point for evolution. The Dark Sun Heavenly Eye began to turn from black to white. What was originally a pure black Dark Sun Heavenly Eye surprisingly started turning pure white, and the Dark Sun Heavenly Eye's vision became unaffected by the mysterious white light.

Rosen, who had been blind for thousands of years, finally ignored the white light's influence and saw the true face of the cosmic remnant. Like the Starry Sky Universe, it was a hollow spherical universe, but its interior was even emptier, lacking even celestial bodies. The universe's core region was the Cosmic Origin Sea, which was now completely dry.

The Heart of the Void Universe had, at this moment, transformed into a pure white, flawless giant eyeball. This massive eyeball was embedded in the glabella of a colossal being, over a thousand light-years long. Rosen immediately recognized this behemoth as the Void Giant God, one of the nine Transcendent lifeforms from the Feathered God's memories. The Void Giant God was the largest and strongest among the nine, with the other eight combined being no match for it.

However, the current state of the Void Giant God looked even worse than the Feathered God's dried corpse. Apart from its head, which barely retained the appearance of a desiccated corpse, other parts were reduced to mere bone, with some remaining rotten flesh clinging to the skeleton, along with some fragmented skin and decaying feathers on top of that flesh.

Such a colossal entity had been reduced to this ghastly state, yet it had persisted for endless eons and was still alive. Rosen was very certain that the Void Giant God was still alive and not entirely dead. First, by looking at the state of its head, he could tell that the Void Giant God was intentionally protecting its head. Even if other parts of its body had decayed and been destroyed, it had protected its head to the greatest extent possible, keeping it relatively intact.

Rosen was still hesitating whether to approach when the Void Giant God stirred, as if awakening from a deep slumber. Its tightly closed eyes on its head instantly opened, and its shriveled eyeballs rolled, the madness and despair within them gradually receding with each rotation.
