Chapter 615: Conflict
Xiao Yan had long noticed Elder Yao's unease. He quickly moved to Elder Yao's side, grasping his arm. Since Xiao Yan had become Elder Yao's disciple, their journey through countless life and death situations had forged a deep bond. It could be said that without Elder Yao, there would be no Xiao Yan today. Elder Yao was both a teacher and a father figure to him. Seeing Elder Yao's distress, how could he not be concerned?

Seeing Xiao Ze's interest, Mang Tianci chuckled and introduced them. "That young man is named Yao Tian, considered the most outstanding of the Yao family's younger generation. His soul power has reached the late stage of the Heavenly Realm."
"Additionally, he once consumed a medicinal pill, nearly achieving the level of a Mystical Pill, which has brought him to the mid level of a one star Dou Saint."
"These achievements make Yao Tian the most dazzling among the young generation of the Yao family."

Elder Yao turned to Xiao Yan, his voice hoarse, "It was Yao Wan Gui who unjustly expelled me from the Yao family..."
Hearing Elder Yao's words, Xiao Yan's eyes narrowed slightly, and a cold murderous intent quickly surged in his gaze. Insulting his teacher was even more infuriating to Xiao Yan than insulting him directly.
"Teacher, rest assured, I will make Yao Wan Gui pay a heavy price!"
"Oh? And how will you, a mere two star Dou Saint, make me pay?" Yao Wan Gui had led Yao Tian and Yao Ling to the front of the Pill Alliance's forces. Scanning the number of Dou Saints in the alliance, his eyes showed a hint of seriousness.

"Ziyan," Xiao Ze said simply. Ziyan, standing beside him, nodded and transformed into a streak of purple gold light, appearing before Yao Tian before anyone could react.
Slap
Her hand flew up, and before the onlookers could respond, she slapped Yao Tian across the face. The force of the slap spun Yao Tian through the air several times before he managed to stop himself. Ziyan's Phoenix Dragon lineage, even without using her Phoenix Wings, gave her extraordinary speed.
At least, Yao Wan Gui, though also a four star Dou Saint like Ziyan, couldn't react before she slapped Yao Tian.
The sudden turn of events caught the attention of many forces around them. Everyone was there with the intent of letting the Pure Lotus Demonic Fire break the seal and drain its power before entering the Demonic Fire Space. Thus, with the entry moment not yet arrived, such a conflict naturally aroused curiosity.
Especially the embarrassing sight of Yao Tian being slapped and spinning through the air drew much attention.

"I am of the Taixu Dragon Clan; if you want trouble, come at me!" Ziyan declared defiantly.
"How audacious!" Yao Wan Gui roared and, with terrifying fighting energy gathering in his fist, launched an attack at Ziyan.
Ziyan's hand flashed with the light of a storage ring, and a dragon spear appeared. Infused with the power of the Phoenix Dragon, she met the attack head on without dodging.
The clash between the spear and the fist, even if just a single strike, shattered the space within a hundred meters around them due to the force unleashed by the two four star Dou Saints.
