He leaned forward as he asked her, "What if you don't know what they want or like?"
"Then buy any think you want the person to use or what you would love to see the person to use."
She seemed unwilling to keep talking as though having to answer the question made her uncomfortable. Noticing that, Haruki decided to let her go and invited Kiyoshi instead.
"What do you think Dr. Yamamoto lacks?" Haruki directly asked.
Kiyoshi wad caught off guard with that question but he took a few seconds to think of it seriously.
"I don't think doctor Yamamoto lacks any material thing considering he heads a hospital that big with the support of our family," Kiyoshi replied seriously.
"I meant Hiroshi," Haruki had to correct him although he did not want Kiyoshi to know much details.
