More than the question, the thing that bugged Lex was the fact that he would have to wait for Little Blue to receive his heritage. He had no idea how long that would take, and the mysterious being that could control his entire existence as well as probably this jungle did not seem like it would be open to negotiations about speeding things up.
Lex looked, not at the figure, but at this strange land. It felt nothing like Abaddon at all. If Lex had not known better, he would have assumed that this was just another place in the normal universe.
To be entirely honest, the thing that Lex was tempted to ask the most was how they had been able to isolate Abaddon's aura, creating a safe haven for themselves. For a long, long time he had been searching for a place where he might be able to create the Midnight Castle - an entity that could exist independently of the Midnight Inn.
