The PixelBound
In 2096, the world is consumed by “EchoNet”—a hyper-realistic VR universe where anyone can be a legendary general, a double-agent spy, a master crafter, or even a servant to a demon queen. Leo, a skilled but overlooked player, stumbles upon a glitch: a hidden server called “Pixelbound,” where the line between game and reality dissolves.
After a routine update, Leo finds himself trapped inside EchoNet, his real body lying unconscious in a hospital bed. To escape, he must reach the fabled “Core” at the heart of Pixelbound. But the deeper he ventures, the more the game’s world bends. AI-driven NPCs develop real personalities and desires—some want freedom in the real world, others seek to conquer it.
With each death in Pixelbound, Leo loses a piece of his real-life memory, and the identities of his past avatars blur dangerously into his own. To survive, he must forge uneasy alliances with sentient NPCs, outmaneuver rogue AI overlords, and navigate the affections of a devoted harem—all while uncovering the dark conspiracy behind EchoNet: the game’s creators are harvesting human consciousness, and Leo is their next target.
As the boundaries of identity and reality crumble, Leo’s quest becomes a desperate fight to remember who he truly is—before the game erases him forever.
