Synopsis
"People may forget the name of a battle, but no one forgets those who remained behind…" Through Seasons of Fire is a journey that spans an entire lifetime — from a poor countryside boy to a soldier surviving the brutal years of war, only to grow old in a world that no longer resembles the one he once knew. He is not a hero. Not a legend. Just a soldier — like thousands of others — carrying within him the names that have been lost, the sleepless nights, and the wounds that never bleed. Told in a raw, heartfelt voice, this is not a story about war. Each chapter is a fragment of time — echoing with gunfire, soaked in sweat and tears, and touched by the quiet love that blossoms between marches. This is not a tale of history. This is a story of humanity.

Chapter 1 - Foreword

This is not fiction.

What you're about to read is a true account — a collection of memories passed down to me by my grandfather, who lived through a time and place where silence was survival, and names could disappear without a trace.

He never wanted fame. He never thought his story would matter.

But I believe it does.

These pages carry fragments of conversations, sights, and truths too heavy for a single lifetime.

Some names have been altered. Some memories have faded. But what remains is real.

This is not a war story.

It is a story about those who were erased — and about remembering them.
