An immense purple darkness is illuminated by an ephemeral beam of lilac energy.
In it, a sphere envelopes the silhouette of Marshack Reiker Bverxkka, the Absolute Apex of his species, the Hûrngöth.
He remains in fetal position after he decided to leave his previous REALITY. Meanwhile, the inhospitable void attempts to crush his existence with infinite emptiness.
Nevertheless, his energy shield is strong, and even without it, Marshack has a body so sturdy and dense, that not even Gravastanio is sufficient to provide enough nourishment to satisfy his constant evolution.
Locked in the eerie vacuum. The Apex uses aprimitive state of stasis, one that for eons, had not been required by anyone of the Hûrngöth species.
A curvature in space distorts the weird purple void, leading the Apex into a gravity pit that conducts him into the unknown.
He advances through the conduit, unaware of the massive growth of momentum his body is amassing.
Like a meteor. Marshack pierces through the atmosphere of a gigantic planet.
Said world is strange, overflowing with massive amounts of energy, constantly emitted from every particle available in the environment.
The lilac energy protecting the Apex abruptly vanishes into nothingness. As he crashes violently against the ground.
Unharmed. Marshack feels a coldness that rests over his forehead. He tries to open his eyes at the foreign sensation, but he can't.
The reason is simple, the Hûrngöth's gene for adaptability has kicked in, altering Marshack's physiological functions.
One of them, is in charge of maintaining his size in optimal state, reducing his current height from three and a half meters, to just one and three quarters of a meter.
The shrunken state augments the Apex's body density to be even higher. Providing additional stability as Marshack is getting used to, to the strange release of energy that comes from absolutely everything around him.
A new cold drop is falling, this time, the Apex hears the sound, bringing his right hand to catch the object with his palm.
{It feels like snow, but is releasing Cryo Plasma}
Opening his eyes, and performing an exasperated sigh for the first time in decades, the Apex of the Hûrngöth perceives his own emotions coming along with other type of sensations, which hadn't been part of him since a long time ago.
When he was a young man. He got his heart broken by a sensual and mature alien female who infiltrate the Hûrngöth and leave with part of their knowledge.
After the event, and not having anyone to talk about the subject, Marshack retort to severe his emotions. Because at that moment, it seemed like a sane, and viable option.
Yet, with that decision, he partially lost an important part of growing, never feeling sensations like indecision or nervousness, which are an intrinsic part of any teenager's journey during their emotional development.
{What is this?!}
Marshack's surprise could not be less, since he is lying on a reddish grassland plagued by white snow with touches of an extremely light blue hue due to the Cryo Plasma that is released by every snowflake.
Standing up, the Apex observes the terrain in his inmediations. Confusion is present on Marshack's thoughts, but he can't help to be marveled at the beautiful landscape, as he barely recalls the last time he observed real vegetation, or a cloudy sky, as Húlfhednar, after the «Unmentionable Brightness», lost its atmosphere, and the Hûrngöth had to resort to an ugly forcefield to protect the planet from the sun's radiation.
{Even hidden by the white clouds, the blue sky is much more appealing than the orange yellowish we used to have in the artificial planetary shield}
The beautiful snowy meadows of reddish grass fills most of Marshack's sight, as trees with red leaves are spreaded around with no particular pattern, showcasing the placid freedom the vegetation enjoys.
"This sight is beautiful". Murmurs the Apex with a faint smile that is difficult to maintain as he didn't had much reasons to showcase his expressions.
A really deep inhalation, agglomerates inside of his lungs, a good portion of the freezing air around him.
The lingering aroma of wheat comes along with a mild chilling morning breeze, making the Hûrngöth to be aware of his naked state.
Looking downwards, he notices his slender but toned silhouette, having a dark maroon skin, that is quickly covered with a metallic layer that resembles a burgundy bodysuit, the Active Adarga.
Marshack's hair is dark purple at the top, and more short at the sides, showing a black obsidian tone.
In opposition to his obscure hair, the Apex irises are a bright shade of light lilac, glowing menacingly, even if his appearance looks melancholic rather than aggressive.
{How much time has passed since the last occasion I gave myself the opportunity to pay attention to something so simple and banal as it is to look into the horizon?, *Sigh*, Probably nine decades}
Even if Marshack appears to be distracted, the truth is totally different, because he is paying close attention to his inmediations, noticing he barely can see 85 kilometers away before his sight turns blurry.
Smultaneously, he is aware of two groups that are coming in his direction. The furthest group is flying, riding large falcons that have an average speed of 600 Kilometers per hour.
The closer group approaches through the snowy land, wear leather brown vests and black gambesons that resemble the same affiliation, even when they have different skin shades, not tones, actual colours that differ from each other, black, orange and white.
"A barbarian!. Shoot him down!".
The order is given by the orange skinned man, who points his index finger forward.
There is no reason for Marshack to turn around, he is aware of being the only individual in the area.
The two riders wield what looks like a rifle, aiming at Marshack's chest. Both fire with exceptional precision, even through the bumpy ride provided by their mounts.
A dark yellow flash appears in the barrels, instant in which Marshack's first instinct is use Adrenaline to accelerate his overall movement, and Quelizt to slow down his mental perception, gaining even more control over his body as a third enzyme, the Adrenalayzt, enters his blood flow and amplifies furthermore the previous effects…
