Chapter Nineteen: The Hokage's Visit and the New Achievement
Sunday morning, I was in class preparing for the Hokage's reception day for all the academy students. I looked at some of the excited students next to me, talking about how great the Hokage was.
They are right when you think that a human can move anywhere he wants.
I believe this is his first visit to the academy. I must say that the current situation in the village is not reassuring, especially after careful consideration. If Minato hasn't been able to make it to the academy for over a year since I moved here, I don't know if he came before that because I didn't ask him, and I couldn't ask because it would seem strange. I have no previous memories of Suzuki.
But another surprise came to my mind, making me sit up in my seat and look at Naruto. I expected him to be among the boys, talking about his wonderful father, but the surprise was that he sat there without showing the slightest expression of emotion. He seemed to be indifferent.
Strange, did something happen at his house? Is something wrong? I wondered for a moment.
It seems weird because in the original story Naruto always wanted to have parents and a family but when I think about it even when people talk about him as the Hokage's son he seems to turn around and not care about it
Is there a problem with his father?
It is important to note that contrary to what it seems, this means that the changes or actions of Minato in this world may be different from the original aspect in the main story.
If Minato was so different that Naruto hated him, that would be very dangerous for me, especially since I want to join his side in Konoha.
And utilizing it so I can get technology in the future and even the possibility of me getting a good team depends largely on my Hokage's opinion.
Students, pay attention. The Hokage is coming. You must leave the classrooms.
I looked at the clock hanging above me, muttered silently, "Looks like the time is right," and walked out of the classroom. As we all looked at Professor Jiro, a light suddenly appeared for a split second, and then the man we had all been waiting for appeared.
How can I say this honestly? His Hokage robes were legendary, along with his posture and gentle smile that radiated an aura like the warmth of the sun. And now before us stands the Fourth Hokage, Minato Mikaze.
"Welcome, students," Minato said in front of us all, smiling in his distinctive voice that carried a mixture of happiness and extreme concern for all of us, so much so that the students next to me started cheering after seeing their idol.
This is the Fourth Hokage. What should I do? said one of the students next to me.
"I can't believe this is the fourth time I've seen him at the academy. I can't believe I'm really seeing him," said one of the girls, who seemed to be a huge Naruto fan, but I was amused by her words. She implied that the Hokage had visited the academy four times.
Seeing all these excited people, Master Jiro smiled and stood beside the Hokage and then said,
Calm down, you all need to calm down.
We did as we were told immediately, but all eyes were on one person, Minato. He looked at us and then began to advance and give a speech.
Youth... the sons of Al Warqa Village, the generation of the future and hope!
Today, as I stand before you, I remember myself as a student like you, full of dreams and ambitions, wondering: How can I become stronger? How can I protect those I love? And now, I am here to tell you: True strength lies not only in jutsu or talent, but in the will that ignites it in your hearts!
This village... this academy... is what made us. Here we learned that the Konoha crest is not just a piece of cloth, but a symbol of the trust we place in one another. Today, I place my trust in you. You are the ones who will carry the village's banner after us, a banner of solidarity, courage, and humanity.
But let's be clear: the road won't be easy! You will face challenges that would terrify even the strongest shinobi, and days when you will doubt yourselves. But remember: every great person was once where you are now. The fire that burns in your hearts today is the same fire that will light the village's path tomorrow.
So, this is my responsibility as Hokage:
Never underestimate the power of collaboration. One team is stronger than a thousand lone ninjas.
Don't be afraid of failure. Every fall is a lesson, and every wound is proof of your determination.
Protect each other as you protect the village. Because the next generation
The future will not be built by strong shinobi alone, but by hearts.
The courage to believe in each other.
(His palm glows with a fiery glow, a symbol of determination)
Look at this fire! This is what your faith should be: burning and unquenchable. Be strong, not only for yourselves, but for those who come after you. This is the will of the fire... and this is the Hokage's promise.
The village is now in your hands. Are you ready for the challenge?
(He ends his speech by raising his hand in the shinobi salute, as the hall shakes with the students' applause and enthusiastic cheers.)
It was so exciting that I started clapping with the group too. It was more contagious than viruses.
"What do we expect from the Fourth Hokage?" Suzuki thought.
The applause continued for a minute, but finally, after everyone was delighted with this wonderful and very powerful ninja-inspired speech, the Yellow Flash said:
I'm sure all of you will be the next generation to protect this village. You will be the strongest ninja, and each one of you will be a hero that no one in this village will ever forget.
The atmosphere was charged with excitement, and Minato was able to ignite it in moments. Suzuki was able to liken it to what politicians do in elections. Minato was able, with great ease, and with just a few words, to ignite the entire atmosphere. Such was the power of Minato's charisma.
------
"Sir, your speech was very good," Jiro told me as we walked away from the other students.
They deserve it I told him that this was the speech I was working on so I could ignite the spirit of the students It seemed that they were all excited so he smiled I was one of them too At some point the memories of the past days were always on Minato's mind He loved this place It's true that he couldn't come to them for a while at least since the graduation and especially after he became Hokage but it's good to be here again now The past events were very bad for the village so I'd better try to raise the morale After the celebration is over I said to Jiro
Now it's time for the beginning of the show, isn't it? Jiro followed the orders directly, went to the students, and began explaining the rules to them.
The Fourth Hokage has come to observe your training, to see your strength, and to see the strength of the new generation that supports him, so a competition will begin between all of you. You have trained for a long time, I know that, and you are ready to unleash everything you have learned over these years.
The top three winners will gain the ability to request anything from the Hokage himself.
The other students' murmurs spread after Jiro said this. I smiled too at the students' joy. I was sure I could bring them anything they wanted. It's always good to give students resources if they can be a driving force with you. Remember the times he stood between them, the moments when he longed for victory to gain new tools to practice with.
What did you finish with the memories?
I looked at the other students. My attention was drawn to Naruto, who was frowning. I looked at him, but we quickly put those thoughts to rest. My relationship with Naruto was completely new. He was my son, the Hokage's son. Our relationship couldn't be bad.
I laughed at my own ridiculous thinking. The idea of there being a problem between me and my son was too ridiculous to even contemplate. Kushina even told me not to think about such things, but to be more confident in my relationship with my sons.
Meanwhile, I went straight to the young man beside Naruto, that young man was Itachi Uchiha. I smiled. It seems that this young man is a close friend of Naruto. I have known him for a long time since Fugaku brought him to me several times. I even asked him to be close friends with Naruto back then. It seems that he has become a really close friend of his. I smiled at this relationship between my son. I also had several friendships back then, and it seems that my son also had the same thoughts that he did back then.
Then I turned to the other person who caught my attention. It was the boy with white hair and a strange blue tint, along with his red eyes. There was a hint of intelligence in his glowing eyes. I was sure that intelligence was present as he looked at the students.
Unlike the other students, he didn't seem interested in making friends. He was lonely. I was looking over the information Jiro had given me.
He doesn't seem to care about making friends. This might be bad, perhaps because his parents died in Tails' case.
Damn, it was all because of my weakness.
I felt guilty towards that boy. I mean, I couldn't protect his family. Maybe that's why I care so much about him after learning about his career. He seems like such a genius that even the written exams he usually gives to jounin seem easy for him. Jiro even told me he could breeze through them without even noticing.
He trained extremely diligently, most of the time throughout the day. According to the ANBU report, he trained for at least 12 hours a day, or more if he could keep up.
This is truly amazing. He may be a civilian with no ninja bloodline, but he seems to be making an effort to get stronger. Maybe he has a purpose. Minato's wise eyes were looking at Suzuki, trying to evaluate him and uncover his secrets, but he sighed before stopping.
Even if Danzō wants to take him in, I'll make sure he stands by my side. It's not good for any talent to go to Danzō so soon.
-----
What's going on? Where is this old man looking? Naruto thought.
Naruto noticed his father's glance but quickly turned away. This angered him, and a sharp frown spread across his face. His anger quickly grew when he noticed his father's eyes fixed on the young man who had always refused to approach him, despite Naruto's every effort to get close.
He always refused.
Why does my father look at him and not at me?
Naruto thought angrily, he looked at Suzuki who seemed far away from any other student and thought
He doesn't even try to get close to the other students. What does my father see in him? He knew Suzuki was strong, but was he stronger than him? The answer was definitely. Naruto had always maintained his position as the academy's top student. Aside from Itachi, no one could threaten his position in the academy.
He was training with his grandfather all the time. He was a master of chakra control. I'm sure he could have graduated right away, but he didn't want to. His grandfather advised him not to graduate and to enjoy his time at the academy. He wanted to graduate, but he found his grandfather's wish made sense at the time, especially since he wanted to train more and stay with his grandfather more since he couldn't stay at home.
But now he could no longer control his feelings as he looked at his father who was looking at another student and the problem was that this student wasn't stronger than Naruto himself.
Along with Naruto, Itachi also realized the problem. He remained silent, not wanting to say anything. He knew that if he did, it might anger Naruto even more.
Naruto was always easily angered when it came to his parents back then.
Suzuki was unaware of the hatred gathering in Naruto's eyes as he looked at him and was focused on the system screen that appeared.
(I have gained the favor of the Fourth Hokage, the Yellow Flash, and achieved the feat of First Approach to the Hokage, and the reward is that I have obtained the skill of Chakra Sensing)
(Chakra Control Three Star) - (Chakra Manipulation Three Star) - (Chakra Enhancement Three Star) - (Chakra Focus Three Star) - (Chakra Sensing One Star) - (Chakra Quantity Three Star)
How do I suddenly add a new skill to the skills Suzuki already got?
It felt like a game, with achievements being earned as soon as the requirements were met. Obtaining this skill was so amazing that it was unbelievable to Suzuki, and he didn't notice the stares coming from three different places at once. His entire time was focused on the screen that appeared right in front of him.
Chakra sensing can be a great help at any time. It's a skill that's difficult to acquire easily, and one you're born with. Even those willing to practice it must possess superior talent. But Suzuki acquired it directly from the system, which transcends talent itself.
Suzuki was very happy with this achievement which he got without knowing how and more help to get this new skill
After I left, I had to work on developing this skill and getting it to at least three stars as quickly as possible. It took a long time, as chakra sensing allowed me to deal with any illusions the Uchiha might unleash against me in the future, especially against people like Itachi or any other ninja kai who possessed illusions.
-----
That ends chapter nineteen, my friend. Now I'll get into some new information about Naruto.
Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze
(Chakra Enhancement 4 stars) - (Chakra Focus 4 stars) - (Chakra Manipulation 3.5 stars) - (Chakra Control 3.5 stars) - (Chakra Sensing 6 stars) - (Chakra Quantity 7 stars)
Genin's strength level is elite at the moment.
The reason for this large amount of chakra is that he is an Uzumaki. Additionally, he possesses a tremendous ability to sense chakra, a power unique to Naruto, who is also of the Uzumaki lineage.
I wanted to add an additional piece of information that I had previously forgotten. I will update it periodically to always show the strength of the characters.
Naruto has the same chakra that the Jonin naturally have, but he doesn't have the same control that they do, so he's still at the same level as the elite Genin, but he will evolve in the future.
