"ahha.... hmmmm"
"Where am I?"
A Dark Room covered by pitch black, nothing visible in sight.
"I can't see anything, maybe I'm blind, no, I'm sure I can see, but something seems not right. What is that?"
It's like the belief of a gambler, clinging to the miracle one percent that might save him from his debt. Behind him stands a glowing door, only its edges are visible, outlined in a bright white light.
"What's that? Maybe it's a Door?"
He is scared but not willing to refuse to stay here, so he carefully makes his way to the door. He is in front of the door.
"I need to check it."
He opened the door, and suddenly, he was teleported into midair. There was nothing around him, only a vast blue sky and a few drifting clouds.
"Nooo... nooo! I should not die here, and why am I in the sky? I need to do something."
He fell from a great height, like a failed rocket, after reaching a high-rise building. But miraculously, he survived. he had many questions.
"Ohhh.. !!, I thought I was gone for a sec, where am I? and who am I?"
It is a vast forest surrounded by large trees and grass. Nothing is visible except green trees.
*Thinking*
*Observing surroundings*
*Using his brain*
"I remember something, I am not like others, and I think I know this place."
*cough* *cough* *cough*
A man who is wearing a formal dress from a bar bartender, with a thick mustache and a red tie, with brown shoes. He is standing behind him.
With a smile, he said, "Hello, young master."
"Wait, who are you?"
"Apologies for the sudden appearance! I'm Robert Chel, your assistant for now, at least. According to my data, you are Bram Calder. It's a pleasure to meet yo-"
*cracking*
*shaking earth*
Bram thought to himself, "How does he know my name? Is that even my name? And how did he get here? I need to ask hi-"
But as Bram turned to his side, the man had vanished.
*again, same earth cracking sound*
"What's this sound? What is this?"
Behind Bram, the earth began to crack and break apart. Shocked and panicked, he started running, desperately searching for a safe place.
Then Noticed something on the trees, "What are those? numb--?"
Suddenly, with a loud, echoing noise, a voice called out," Master! I'm Robert!"
Startled, Bram shouted back," Robert? Where are you? I can't see you! What is this place?"
Robert replied, "I can't tell you what this place is, but I can help you escape from it. Is that alright, Master?"
Bram shouted in fear, "Just tell me how to escape?"
The cracks beneath Bram's feet were growing louder, echoing through the empty sky like thunder.
Robert's voice returned, calm but urgent.
"We don't have much time. Do you trust me, Master?"
Then, Bram noticed something strange, something unreal, beyond imagination. The ground beneath him was vanishing, crumbling into nothingness. It wasn't just collapsing… it was falling away like a direct path into hell itself.
Bram was running at full speed, like his life depended on it. Because it did. His heart pounded with fear, yet somehow, he remained oddly calm, as if instinct had taken over. But he was sweating so much, it felt like he was standing under a hot shower, cursing under his breath with every step.
"Yes! I'll trust you!" Bram shouted, his voice trembling with fear and desperation.
With a bright smile, Robert replied, "I can't tell you exactly what to do, Master… but I'll give you a riddle to help you find the way."
Bram is confused but realizes it's the only way to save himself from this mess. He accepts the offer.
With a laugh, he said
" Where reality and imagination exist..."
"Where you can die.. but you feel alive.."
"Where logic, law, and rules are worthless"
"YOU"
"CAN SEE"
"BY CLOSING YOU'RE EYES"
"aaghh.. what's that? This is cheating," responded Bram.
Bram was running as fast as he could, but his mind wouldn't stop racing. No matter how hard he pushed his body, he couldn't outrun the thoughts spiraling in his head.
Bram shouted, "Robert!! Hello!! Can I get any clue?"
No response from Robert.
"What is this place…? Is it another dimension? Come on, Bram, think!"His thoughts swirled with confusion and panic as he kept running, desperate for answers.
Suddenly, an idea struck Bram out of nowhere, like a spark in the dark.He began forming a theory in his mind, trying to make sense of everything happening around him.
"Maybe it's a dream? I'm in."
"But how is it possible?"
Bram's foot slipped, and he tumbled toward the abyss, but at the last second, he grabbed onto a thick root jutting from the crumbling ground. His grip was tight, his breath shaky. Then, as if time itself paused, the collapsing earth came to a sudden halt.
But he wasn't safe. It's like he is now hung between two worlds, caught in the space between hell and heaven.
"Noo... I should not die here."
"Maybe I will not die today."
As he hung there, suspended between chaos and silence, something clicked in Bram's mind.A sudden clarity washed over him like puzzle pieces snapping into place.
He let out a breathless laugh.
Not of joy, but of realization.
He finally understood everything.
"If I want to wake up today… Then I have to die here."Bram whispered to himself, a calm resolve settling over his face as the wind howled beneath him.
Bram took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and let go.
He released the root and fell.
The wind roared past him as he plummeted, his scream tearing through the sky.Fear crept in. "What if I'm wrong?" he thought. "What if this isn't the way out?"
His heart pounded, caught between terror and trust in his theory.
Down he fell into the unknown.
As Bram fell, he squeezed his eyes shut, bracing for the end.
But instead of darkness, something else came.A soft, glowing light. And within it… a vision.
He saw a woman, gentle and warm, sitting peacefully with a baby in her arms. She was feeding the child, smiling with deep affection.
"If you eat properly," she said in a soft, playful voice, "you'll have good dreams."
Then, she looked up directly at Bram and smiled.
In that instant, it hit him like a bolt of lightning.
A surge of emotion.
Shock.
Recognition.
"Was that… my mother?"
Bram jolted awake, gasping for air, drenched in sweat.
His chest rose and fell with heavy, uneven breaths, and a sharp pain pulsed through his head like a drumbeat. His hands trembled as he gripped the sheets, eyes wide with the lingering image of the woman's smile.
"Was it just a dream… or a memory?"
Then a hand with a cup of coffee appears in front of him.
Bram takes a cup and takes a sip of it.
"Thanks! I wanted it."
But he suddenly remembers "I live alone.."
Bram asks, "Who are you?"
Stranger replies with a bright smile, "Master! Good morning, I'm Robert William."
