Sigh. "That was so exhausting… crawling and hiding from those lazy guards."
She had climbed a very tall wall, and finally, she managed to slip out of her home.
"Argh, it's so cloudy tonight. How can I see that beautiful star?" she said aloud, her voice echoing through the silent night along the empty road.
She searched for a place where she could get a better view of the night sky.
"Perfect!" she exclaimed when she spotted a very tall tree.
She ran toward it and climbed up.
The clouds were swept away by a gentle breeze that made her hair sway.
"Wow… wow! What a sight!" she exclaimed with excitement, her eyes reflecting the bright star above.
She smiled up at the sky, her eyes glowing with happiness. The surroundings were so peaceful—no people talking, no cars honking, only the soft, cold wind whispering through the night.
"I wish this feeling could last forever… no problems on my mind and no dad waiting for me."
She then lay down on a sturdy branch of the big tree.
A few minutes later, the sky turned brighter, but she didn't notice; she had fallen asleep in the tree.
Morning came.
"Ow…" she groaned as she fell from the tree.
"That hurts!" she said, holding her back where it ached from the fall.
Then, when she opened her eyes, a horrible reality appeared before her.
The houses, buildings, and familiar places she knew had all vanished for some unexplainable reason.
"W-What is happening?"
