At some point in the future, humanity is on the brink of extinction. From once being the dominant species, we've shrunk down to fragments—now just a few million left.
There are a lot of theories about what caused all this. Some say it was a crazy scientist's doing, others blame natural selection, or other ideas that people come up with. But in the grand scheme of things, we're just a clueless humans—playthings for whoever's up there.
The survivors gathered in one place, trying to build a home. A shelter, at least, to keep humanity going. But deep down, they knew it wouldn't last forever. They gathered on an island called Haven.
On that island, they built separate cities, all led by the biggest one—Gideon, the capital. The capital is reserved only for important people, the king's friends, and the rich ones. The rest? They're sent off to smaller cities.
As time passed, those creatures found out where we were. And they started moving in fast. That familiar fear came creeping back into humanity's hearts.
Seeing this, the king ordered the formation of a defense unit—split into three divisions: the Guardian Corps, Sentinel Corps, and Analyst Corps. Each had their own role and territory.
The Guardian Corps stayed in the safer zones, closer to the king, keeping things secure and under control.The Sentinel Corps were the frontliners—stationed in outer cities, face-to-face with the threat.
And the last is Analyst Corps. They had their labs in the capital but often went out into the field to collect samples. Their job? To study the creatures, learn how they move, how to beat them, and give the information to the other corps.
And so began the war—humans versus them.A desperate fight led by the defense forces, all for the sake of survival.To protect Haven, the last place we can call hope... in a world where hope is almost gone.
