Ruby opened her eyes and saw the big blue sky above her. Her head was still spinning after what she had just experienced. What had happened? She felt like she had just stepped out of a washing machine in the middle of a spin cycle.
She turned her head to the side, and that's when her eyes widened in shock. Mountains... mountains and rocks as far as the eye could see; it looked nothing like Beacon Academy, where she was supposed to be.
She tried to get up but felt a weight on her stomach. She sat up and saw Weis lying on top of her.
"Hey! Get up quickly!"

Weiss slowly regained consciousness and opened her eyes to see the unfamiliar place she was in.
"What?! But... where am I?" Weiss yelled as she stood up, nearly falling over from the spinning sensation.
"What did you do now?!" she asked Ruby, who was still sitting on the ground. Ruby frowned at Weiss's accusation before standing up and shouting back.
"What did I do?! You're the one who kept shaking her Dust bottle in my face and made me sneeze!"
Weiss was taken aback by Ruby's sudden rise in voice, who had previously remained rather reserved and calm.
"And... well, as far as I know, Dust doesn't make people teleport anywhere for no reason!" You must have done something with your Semblance or something!"
Ruby rolled her eyes in annoyance at Weiss's accusation.

Listening only to her body, she instinctively grabbed Ruby by her hood and quickly headed towards where Krillin and the others were.

"But how did you get here?" Krillin asked.
"We don't know! We shouldn't be here in the first place!" Ruby replied, overwhelmed by everything that was happening.
"That's one thing we can agree on: you shouldn't be here!" Piccolo affirmed.
Ruby and Weiss turned their gazes to him, their eyes widening in horror when they realized what he looked like.
"What...what are you?!" Weiss asked, taking a step back.
"Green...all green...lots of green..." added Ruby, who was both scared and curious.
"Hmph!" Piccolo scowled at them before turning his back.
Seeing their reactions, Krillin intervened.
"His name is Piccolo, even though he doesn't look like it, he's on our side! Oh, by the way, I'm Krillin, and this is Gohan."
"Nice to meet you, ladies," replied Gohan shyly.
"Well, I'm Weiss Schnee! Heir to the Schnee family and the Schnee Dust Company! As well as a future huntress!" she said proudly, placing her hand on her chest.
"Wow!" Gohan and Krillin said, having no idea what she was talking about.
"And here...uh..." she said, pointing at Ruby, not even knowing her name.
Ruby shook her head and introduced herself.
"My name is Ruby Rose and I'm also an apprentice hunter!"
Gohan and Krillin nodded to Ruby, and Krillin then asked.
"Nice to meet you, even though I'm not sure the current situation is the most ideal for that, but I'd like to ask you a question... where are you from?"
"Well, we're new students at Beacon Academy, and somehow we ended up here without really knowing how," Ruby replied.
Krillin and Gohan looked at each other, not knowing what she was talking about.
"What is Beacon Academy?" Krillin asked.
"Oh come on, you're not going to tell me you don't know one of the best hunter and huntress academies in all of Remnant!" Weiss retorted.
There was silence for several seconds before Gohan asked.
" What... what is Remnant?"
Weiss couldn't believe it. How could they not know something so basic?
"Remnant! The world we live in, the planet we're on! Were you living in a cave or something?"
A new silence fell. Ruby, who had remained silent, began to see that something was wrong when she saw the expressions on Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo's faces, who had turned around after hearing Weiss's answer.
It was Krillin who broke the silence first.
"I don't really know how to tell you this, but... we're not on Remnant here... we're on planet Earth."
