POV: Aira Moon Estrada
Three days.
Three whole days since she last saw him—that haunting man with black eyes who stood in the street and told her something she couldn't forget.
Mate.
That single word changed everything. Not because she understood it, but because she felt it. Deep in her chest. In her bones. Like something ancient had been shaken awake.
Her family didn't notice the change. Or maybe they were just pretending not to. Her father was quieter than usual. Caleb barely looked her in the eye. And Zion—the brother who always teased her—kept checking the windows like he expected someone to come crashing through them.
They were hiding something.
Aira sat up in bed, staring at the invitation card that still lay unopened on her dresser. She hadn't dared to touch it again. She knew it came from the palace—some place called Black Hollow Estate. The emblem on the envelope was unlike anything she'd seen before. It shimmered, almost alive, with two wolves circling a crown and a silver moon between them.
Her fingers tingled every time she looked at it.
What palace? What queen? What culture banquet was this? And why her?
The man—Kaelan, his name was—said something about her blood, her dreams, her destiny. But it didn't make sense. She wasn't special. She was just a girl. A nobody.
Except lately… the dreams weren't just dreams.
Last night, she saw herself in a gown made of moonlight, standing between a pack of wolves and a throne of bones. Her hands were glowing, and a voice whispered her name like a promise.
Luna...
She'd never been more terrified in her life.
And yet… a part of her didn't want to run.
Aira stood up, walked to the dresser, and slowly picked up the invitation.
She tore it open.
Inside was a formal letter with elegant silver handwriting:
> To Miss Aira Moon Estrada,
The Royal Family of BloodFang invites you as a guest of honor to the Crescent Banquet, to be held at the Black Hollow Estate. Attendance is requested one week before the Full Moon Ceremony. Royal transport will be provided.
We await your presence.
— Queen Seraphina Black
Royal Crest of House BloodFang
Aira's knees gave out, and she sat on the bed, staring at the paper.
There was no denying it now.
Whatever this was—whatever Kaelan was—it was real.
She was part of it.
Whether she wanted to be or not.
POV: Gabriel Estrada
Gabriel leaned on the edge of the balcony, smoking a cigarette he hadn't touched in years.
They had found her.
After all this time, after all the running and hiding, the BloodFang royal house had found his daughter. And not just them. He had found her too.
Kaelan.
Gabriel had known this day would come. He just didn't expect it to happen so soon. She wasn't ready. Not even close. Her wolf was still sleeping. Her blood hadn't turned. The wolfsbane buried deep inside her system had kept her human for eighteen years.
But now the bond was waking her up.
And nothing would be able to stop it.
He didn't know what Kaelan had told her. But he knew what kind of Alpha the boy had become. Cold. Proud. Ruthless. Raised to rule. Raised to dominate.
And now... fated to his only daughter.
Gabriel crushed the cigarette under his boot.
God help him if Kaelan broke her.
POV: Kaelan Raven Black
Kaelan stood shirtless at the edge of a stone cliff, eyes closed, breathing in the sharp scent of pine and moonlight. His wolf was close to the surface, restless, angry, hungry.
The girl was fighting the bond. She didn't understand it, but she felt it. That was dangerous. It would confuse her. Frighten her. Push her away.
His blood boiled at the thought.
She belonged to him.
He didn't ask for this. Didn't want it. The Moon Goddess had played a cruel game, tying his fate to a girl raised in the human world, stunted by wolfsbane, completely unaware of her true nature.
She didn't even shift.
She was… incomplete.
And yet, the moment he laid eyes on her, something inside him snapped.
Kaelan had slept with women from nearly every noble house. He'd flirted, toyed, even considered mating a few. But none of them stirred his wolf the way she did.
The scent of her was maddening. Sweet, sharp, electric. And when she looked at him with those stormy, confused eyes—he felt caged.
Like a wild thing on the verge of breaking loose.
Adrian approached from behind, tossing him a black shirt.
"The Queen says the second letter's been delivered. Her father let her read it."
Kaelan didn't move.
"You gonna give her time, or drag her here like the savage we both know you are?"
"She'll come," Kaelan said flatly.
"And if she doesn't?"
Kaelan opened his eyes. They glowed with the pure silver of his wolf.
"Then I'll take her."
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
She didn't know where she was going.
It was late, maybe past midnight, but she couldn't stay in the house. Not with everyone looking at her like she was a ticking bomb. Not when her dreams were bleeding into her waking life.
She walked to the small garden behind their neighborhood, a place she used to play in as a kid. The moon was high, fat and full, painting everything in silver.
She sat on the cold bench and tried to breathe.
Then she heard footsteps.
Not behind her. Not beside her.
Above her.
Aira looked up—and saw him again.
Kaelan stood atop the garden's tall stone arch, like a ghost from the sky. His coat fluttered in the wind, his eyes glowing faintly in the dark.
"I should be afraid of you," she said quietly.
"You should," he replied.
"Then why am I not?"
He jumped down without a sound and landed a few feet from her.
"Because you feel it too."
Aira's breath hitched.
"This isn't normal," she whispered. "You keep showing up. I don't even know you. And now this palace letter… What do you want from me?"
Kaelan stepped closer, and her heart nearly exploded.
"You," he said.
And just like before—he disappeared into the shadows, leaving her b
reathless, shaking, and unable to deny what she already knew.
Her world was no longer hers.
It belonged to something ancient.
Something wild.
Something... hers.
💨EPISODE 2: The BloodFang Invitation (Part 2/4)💨
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
Aira sat in silence at the breakfast table, staring into her cup of hot cocoa like it might reveal some answers.
Her father sat across from her. Caleb leaned against the fridge. Zion stood by the door, keys in hand. Ezra was absent—again.
The tension was heavy enough to choke someone.
"So…" Aira finally spoke, pushing the palace invitation into the center of the table. "You all knew."
None of them moved.
Gabriel let out a sigh. "We were going to tell you. But not like this."
"When? On my wedding day? After I turned into a—what? A full moon snack?" She laughed, but it came out hollow.
"You've been having dreams," Caleb said carefully.
She glared at him. "That doesn't make this normal."
"It's not normal," Zion muttered. "It's real."
Gabriel placed both hands on the table. "Aira, the man you saw—Kaelan—he's not just anyone. He's the prince of the BloodFang Pack. His mother is Queen Seraphina. His father is King Aldric. And you…"
"I'm what?" she whispered.
Gabriel paused. Then said it:
"You're the Moon-Blessed. The first-born of the Luna bloodline. Your mother died protecting that gift. That's why we ran."
The room tilted. Aira could barely breathe.
"You're telling me I'm not even human?"
"No, you're still human," Caleb said. "But you're also wolf. Your mother was one of the most powerful Lunas in the Northern Territories."
"And you kept all this from me? You let me live my life like everything was fine?"
"You were safer not knowing," Gabriel said. "The enemies who attacked your mother fed her wolfsbane while she was pregnant. It blocked the transformation in your blood. We didn't know if it would ever wear off."
Aira's hands were trembling.
"And now it is."
Zion nodded. "That's why you're dreaming. Why Kaelan found you. The bond is activating."
"Bond?" she said, nearly choking. "You mean—mate? That thing he said? That's real?"
No one answered. They didn't need to.
Aira stood up. "I need to go."
"You're not leaving the house," Gabriel said firmly.
"You can't keep me locked in," she snapped.
"I can if it means keeping you alive."
"I've been dreaming of wolves and fire and vampires. I've been followed by a man I don't even know who keeps disappearing like a ghost. You think staying here is keeping me safe?"
Gabriel slammed his fist on the table.
"You think I don't know what this is like? I lost your mother because of all this! I won't lose you too."
Aira's chest heaved.
That was the first time he ever mentioned her mother like that.
Without another word, she turned and walked out, slamming the door behind her.
POV: Kaelan Raven Black
Kaelan stood in front of the Queen's throne, arms crossed, barely masking his irritation.
"She needs more time," he said.
"She's had eighteen years," Seraphina replied, sitting tall and graceful in her moonstone gown. "The bond is maturing. You said it yourself—she's waking. The invitation was accepted. The clock is ticking."
"She's not ready."
"She'll be ready when she has no other choice," the Queen said coldly. "Bring her before the next full moon, or the court will begin questioning the legitimacy of the prophecy."
Kaelan's jaw tensed. "You want me to kidnap her?"
"I want you to guide her." Seraphina's eyes glimmered. "Convince her. Win her heart if you must. But don't fail me, Kaelan."
He bowed stiffly, turned, and left the hall.
Outside, Adrian was waiting with two horses.
"Tell me we're not going back to the human world again," Adrian groaned.
Kaelan mounted the black stallion. "We are."
Adrian sighed. "Your royal highness… the things we do for fate."
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
Aira wandered through the forest edge near the city border, where the trees were thick and the air smelled of moss and silence.
Her head spun with everything she'd heard.
Moon-Blessed. Werewolf. Matebond. Royal family.
It felt like someone dropped her inside a fantasy book.
She didn't know who she was anymore.
Suddenly, the wind shifted. A presence pulsed in the air—heavy and sharp.
She turned—and there he was.
Kaelan.
Leaning casually against a tree like he belonged to the forest. Dark coat. Pale eyes. That same unreadable expression.
"You really need to stop stalking me," she said.
"You're easy to find," he replied.
Aira rolled her eyes and kept walking, but he followed.
"Do you know why the Queen invited you?" he asked.
"Because she's insane?"
He smirked.
"Because your blood is shifting. You'll change soon. If you're not surrounded by the right people when it happens, it could kill you."
She stopped.
"Are you threatening me?"
"I'm warning you."
They stared at each other.
Her pulse raced. His gaze dropped to her lips. For a moment, the air between them turned electric.
Then he stepped closer.
"You're not weak, Aira. You're sleeping. But when you wake…" He leaned in, his voice a breath against her skin, "…the world will fear you."
She shoved him back.
"I don't want this. I don't want to be part of your weird royal fantasy. I just want my life back."
"It's not coming back."
Aira turned and stormed away, refusing to let him see the tears rising in her eyes.
POV: Gabriel Estrada
He stood outside the house, staring toward the woods. Caleb joined him silently.
"She's seen him again," Gabriel said.
"She needs to. The bond is out of our control now."
Gabriel clenched his fists. "He's
not the man I want for her."
"He's the one fate chose."
Gabriel closed his eyes, breathing hard.
"I just hope he doesn't break her before she breaks through."
💨EPISODE 2: The BloodFang Invitation (Part 3/4)💨
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
Three days.
That's all she had before the Royal Escort arrived to take her to Black Hollow Estate.
She hadn't officially accepted the invitation, but her father said there was no point in declining. The Queen of BloodFang didn't "ask." She summoned.
And when a Luna-blooded girl turned eighteen during a full moon… no pack ignored it.
Aira spent the next day reading the letter over and over. She barely touched her food. Didn't go to school. And her brothers? They hovered. Every. Single. Step.
"I'm not a prisoner," she snapped when Ezra tried to follow her into the bathroom.
"Just making sure you don't vanish like mom did," he muttered.
The words hit hard, and Ezra immediately looked away, ashamed.
"I didn't mean it like that…"
"No," Aira said quietly. "You did."
She locked the door behind her.
Inside, she stared into the mirror. Her reflection looked different lately. Her eyes seemed… brighter. Sharper. Her senses were shifting. She could hear things from across the house. Smell people's emotions. Feel the pull of something wild in her blood.
She lifted her shirt slightly and stared at the mark near her left hip. A silvery scar had appeared there two days ago, shaped like a crescent moon.
It hadn't been there before.
Now, it shimmered faintly every time she got angry or scared—or when Kaelan came near.
She touched it gently, her skin tingling under her fingertips.
What was happening to her?
POV: Kaelan Raven Black
Kaelan stood beside his royal black carriage, dressed in formal travel gear, his coat lined with silver threading.
The night sky above the mountains stretched endless and quiet, but the power in the air buzzed like static. The full moon was almost here.
Adrian approached with a small scroll. "Travel plan's confirmed. We arrive at the human border tomorrow night. Then we retrieve the girl."
"She's not 'the girl,'" Kaelan muttered.
Adrian arched a brow. "Wow. You're defending her now?"
Kaelan didn't respond.
"She's strong, you know," Adrian added. "The Luna bloodline always is. That's why the Queen's obsessed. She thinks this girl will change everything."
"She will," Kaelan said, voice low. "But the change won't be gentle."
"Do you…" Adrian hesitated. "Do you want her?"
Kaelan's silver eyes narrowed. "She's mine. That's all that matters."
Adrian gave a slow nod. "Alright then. Let's bring her home."
POV: Queen Seraphina Black
In the highest tower of Black Hollow Estate, Queen Seraphina stirred a silver bowl filled with moonwater, her eyes glowing faintly.
The image of Aira shimmered on the surface—sitting in her bathroom, touching the mark on her hip.
"She's waking," the Queen whispered.
The door creaked open.
King Aldric entered, his presence filling the room like thunder. "You're pushing her too fast."
"She's fated to our son. The Moon Goddess marked her. We don't have time for slow."
"She's not ready."
"She has to be." Seraphina's voice cracked with rare emotion. "The vampire lords are stirring. If the Luna doesn't rise now, we'll lose control of the treaty."
Aldric walked to the bowl and stared into the girl's reflection.
"She looks just like her mother."
Seraphina didn't answer. Her lips pressed together.
"We'll protect her," Aldric said. "Even if it means protecting her from our own son."
Seraphina's jaw clenched.
"Kaelan won't fail."
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
The carriage arrived just before midnight.
It was long, black, and glowing slightly at the edges with runes she couldn't read. Two wolves stood at the front—real ones—with silver fur and glowing red eyes.
The man who stepped out wore a royal guard's uniform and bowed deeply.
"Lady Aira Moon Estrada. I am Captain Ryker. I've come to escort you safely to Black Hollow Estate."
She swallowed hard.
Her father placed a firm hand on her shoulder. "You don't have to go if you don't want to."
But they both knew that wasn't true.
She looked at her brothers—Zion, Caleb, Ezra—and saw the fear in their eyes. Not just for her safety… but for what she might become.
"I'll be back," she said, her voice steady.
Caleb handed her a bracelet. "Mother's. It's made from ashwood and silver. It'll protect you."
She slid it on.
Then she turned, walked to the carriage, and stepped inside.
The door closed.
And the wheels began to move.
POV: Kaelan Raven Black
Kaelan waited at the edge of the southern gate, horses lined behind him, guards dressed in full royal gear.
He could feel her getting closer.
Every step her carriage took made the bond between them burn hotter. The wolf inside him clawed to the surface.
Then he saw it.
The black carriage rolled through the gates, escorted by the two silver wolves and Captain Ryker.
The door opened.
And she stepped out.
Aira stood under the moonlight in a dark blue cloak, her hair loose around her shoulders, the ashwood bracelet gleaming against her wrist.
She looked around—eyes sharp, shoulders back—but her breathing was fast.
Kaelan stepped forward, and their eyes locked.
For a second, the entire world went silent.
No sound.
No air.
Just the bond.
The pull.
Him and her.
Then Aira raised her chin and sa
id the most unexpected thing:
"Let's get this over with, your highness."
Kaelan's mouth twitched.
She might not be ready…
But she was already his match.
💨EPISODE 2: The BloodFang Invitation (Part 4/4)💨
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
The palace wasn't what she expected.
It wasn't made of gold or crystal, but deep obsidian stone carved into sharp towers that kissed the sky. Massive wolf statues guarded the gates, their ruby eyes glowing under the moonlight.
Black Hollow Estate looked less like a palace and more like a fortress built for war.
Aira followed Captain Ryker silently across the grand courtyard, feeling the heat of eyes from the guards, nobles, and servants hidden in the shadows. She held her cloak tighter, though not from the cold.
She felt watched. Judged.
Not welcome.
The inside was even grander. Silver lanterns floated in the air. Paintings of wolves, blood moons, and warriors lined the dark marble walls. And everywhere she turned, people bowed—to her.
She didn't like it.
This wasn't her world.
She didn't belong here.
Not yet.
A tall woman waited at the end of the throne hall, dressed in an elegant silver robe with moonstones sewn into the collar. Her long black hair flowed down her back like a river of ink, and her presence radiated power.
Queen Seraphina.
Aira had never met her before, but somehow… her soul recognized her.
The Queen stepped forward, her eyes a piercing shade of ice blue.
"You've grown," she said softly.
Aira frowned. "You knew me?"
Seraphina gave a faint smile. "I held you the day you were born. Your mother was one of my most trusted allies. Losing her nearly destroyed the treaty."
Aira's chest tightened. "Why did you send for me?"
"Because your blood calls to the Moon," the Queen said. "And because Kaelan needs you."
Aira bristled. "I don't belong to him."
"No," the Queen said. "But he belongs to you."
Before Aira could respond, the sound of heavy boots echoed down the hall.
Kaelan entered, dressed in black ceremonial armor, silver lines etched across the chest like claw marks. He stopped beside his mother, but his eyes never left Aira.
The Queen looked between them, something unreadable in her expression.
"You will stay in the East Wing. The moon maidens will assist you. Tomorrow night is the Crescent Banquet. You must be presented to the court."
"Presented?" Aira asked sharply. "Like an animal?"
"It's tradition," Seraphina said simply. "And in this world, tradition is law."
POV: Kaelan Raven Black
Kaelan walked beside Aira in silence as the maidens guided her to her chambers.
She hadn't spoken since the throne room. Her face was set in stone, but her scent betrayed her—confused, tense, slightly afraid… but not of him.
Of herself.
When they reached her chamber door, she finally turned to him.
"What happens to me now?" she asked.
"You stay. You learn. You change."
"And if I don't want to?"
Kaelan stepped closer, lowering his voice.
"Then you'll die when your blood turns under the full moon."
She didn't flinch. "You're not very comforting."
"I'm not trying to comfort you."
For a moment, they stood there, close enough to feel the bond between them throb like a living thing.
"Why me?" she whispered. "Why not someone like you? Strong. Raised in this world. Why would fate choose someone like me?"
Kaelan's expression darkened.
"Because fate is cruel."
He turned and walked away before she could ask what he meant.
POV: Aira Moon Estrada
That night, Aira dreamed again.
She stood in a hall of mirrors, dressed in a white gown stained with blood. Wolves circled her. A dark crown floated above her head.
A voice whispered: "When the moon turns red, the Luna must rise… or the world will fall."
Suddenly, the mirrors shattered, and she saw Kaelan kneeling in chains, eyes black with rage, blood dripping from his lips.
Behind him stood a figure cloaked in shadows, fangs bared. A vampire.
It smiled.
And said her name.
POV: Queen Seraphina Black
The Queen stood alone in the sanctuary, staring into the scrying pool. The vision of Aira's dream flickered within the water.
"The bond is active," she whispered. "But the curse is rising."
A shadow stepped forward behind her.
"She won't survive the banquet," it hissed. "The vampire lords have sent spies. You invited her too early."
The Queen's eyes blazed. "I invited h
er just in time."
The shadow laughed. "Then prepare her to bleed."
Seraphina turned.
But the shadow was already gone.
