Love Is An Action

Is love truly true ? Most times people make statements like I have found my true love and sometimes others say there is nothing like true love. Before we start we have to know that love have been in existence since the beginning of time. Even from Acient books in which the (bible) is one of the best ancient book that is rooted in love, from the beginning of creation God created us to perfection because of the love he has for us. Infact he couldn't let us to be condemned due to the love he has for us, According to a particular scripture he said "for God so love the world that he Gave his only begotten son" he condemned his son for us not to be condemned. What a love ! But in these times what do we consider as love? Infact what do we consider as true love? From speculation people consider true love as sacrifice, compromise, selflessness loyalty and many more, while some consider true love as monetary gifts, sexual pleasures, tolerance, patience, forgiveness, Respect .... Many Marriages in our society today are facing alot of challenges due to this very concept "LOVE" this took me to a verse in the bible that throws highlight on Marriage it says "husband love your wife as christ has loved the church, Wife Respect your husband. Christ loved the church in many Aspects, I will mention few terms like (forgiveness, providing, tolerance, blessing, leading, listening, understanding, loyalty, accountability, honesty and many more) from this I'm sure that you understand that love is not just a word and cannot stand on it own without the attributes attached to it for instance I can't say I love you without being able to sacrifice, understand and forgive you. Love has a very deep meaning first step to set things right in Marriage is to be deeply rooted in love because love conquers all odds. As a woman the first tool you should embrace is Respect, a woman should be Respectful because by doing so you will attract love by people around you. Being respectful doesn't mean that you shouldn't speak up when it's needed. To my fellow Unmarried youths Before you exchange vows on the alter make sure you have examined if you people are compatible because it's better late than never. Divorce is becoming the order of the day, let's normalise bringing back the virtue of Marriage so that our younger generations can go on a right path to a healthier Marriage. With love we can avoid marital violence, Adultery, trauma, misogyny, Abuse and many more. Let's embrace love and Respect today and get ready for a change in Marriage. I believe someone out there can do it.
