It was Saturday afternoon. The sun was out, birds were singing, and Eleni Isabella Costa was about to commit fashion treason under her family's watchful radar.
She walked to the front door, hoodie up, cargo pants loose, and her usual white sneakers squeaking on the hardwood floor.
"Where you headed?" Leonardo asked from the kitchen, sipping espresso like he lived in a mafia movie.
"Lilith's," she replied casually.
Lorenzo, her twin, popped his head out from the fridge. "Tell her I said hi. And don't do anything shady."
Eleni smirked. "I'm literally wearing three layers of fabric and a bun, Lorenzo. Calm down."
He narrowed his eyes, unconvinced.
But she left.
And as soon as she stepped into Lilith's house and the door shut behind her, the transformation began.
