He didn't need followers. He needed believers.

Citywide Broadcast — Hijacked Signal

> "This message is not from your government. It is not from your school. It is not from the police."

"This is from us — the ones who watched Sora Nishida burn."

A video floods the networks. Someone in a voice modulator. Face covered.

> "They called him a liar. A coward. But all he did was speak."

"And for that, they killed him."

"So now we speak."

"We speak through fire."

Across the city —

dozens of schools are tagged with red paint:

> "REMEMBER SORA."

"THE HOLLOW ISN'T ONE."

"JUSTICE SPEAKS THROUGH US."

Naomi's Apartment – Watching the News

Naomi hasn't slept.

Footage rolls: Students walking out of schools.

Others setting fire to old teacher files.

A group in Hina Nishida's uniform shouting:

> "Protect the innocent — or we will."

Naomi stares at her badge.

And whispers:

> "It's too late for containment."

11:37 A.M.

Silas's Studio

Silas watches the chaos.

Kai sits beside him, watching, too.

No emotion. Just analysis.

> "They're moving without orders now," Kai says.

> "They were never waiting for orders," Silas replies.

"They just needed permission."

On screen: A teenage girl in another prefecture hurls a Molotov through her old counselor's car window.

> "You think we started this?" Kai asks.

Silas turns.

> "We didn't start it."

"We proved it could work."

2:48 P.M.

Underground Forum — "Sora's Will" Thread

> "List every predator in your school."

"Post names. Stories. Photos."

"If the law won't come, we will."

By sunset, 342 names have been posted.

Some are deleted quickly.

Most are screenshotted and shared thousands of times.

4:03 P.M.

Naomi's Secret Meeting – Unmarked Building

She sits across from someone in a plain black suit. No badge. No name.

> "If you don't shut it down," the agent says, "this city's going to burn."

Naomi leans forward.

> "If I do shut it down, they'll make martyrs out of all of them."

> "You're a cop. Act like one."

She sighs. Quietly:

> "That's the problem. I don't think that word means anything anymore."

7:01 P.M.

St. Gabriel's High — Sora's Memorial

Students gather. Quiet. Flowers in hand.

But no teachers speak.

No counselors.

No authority.

Just a recorder on the steps, playing Sora's speech.

Over and over.

Silas stands in the back. Hood up. Watching.

A girl beside him whispers, "He died for all of us."

Silas says nothing.

But his golden eyes glint.

10:10 P.M.

Silas's New File — Naomi Kisaragi

Kai places it in front of him.

Photos. Schedules. Medical history.

> "She's the last thread," Kai says. "She can still unravel this."

Silas nods.

> "Then we don't cut her."

Kai frowns. "What do we do?"

Silas looks at Naomi's photo.

And softly:

> "We show her what it means to be powerless."

---

Final Scene

Naomi walks through Sora's burn site one last time.

A girl walks past her, maybe fifteen.

She's humming something Naomi recognizes.

A verse from Sora's favorite band.

Naomi turns.

> "Did you know him?"

The girl shrugs.

> "Not really. But I know he was right."

She walks off.

Naomi stands alone in the dark.

But behind her, more children arrive.

Candles. Flowers. Messages on paper.

No leaders.

No orders.

Just belief.

---

Final Line:

> "There's no Hollow anymore," Naomi whispers. "There's only fire."
