Chapter 13 - ch -13 Pokemon alliance & powerful families

After a peaceful rest on the couch, Akg slowly opened his eyes, a thoughtful look in them. With Rena curled up gently in his arms, he began to ponder more seriously about this world.

"This place feels familiar… but I need to know how close it truly is to the Pokémon world I once watched," he thought.

With that in mind, Akg stood up, still carrying Rena, who yawned softly and clung to him like a sleepy child. He moved toward his desk where a sleek computer sat, powered it on, and settled into the chair, placing Rena comfortably on his lap. She looked up curiously as he began searching for information.

The screen filled with data—maps, alliance documents, family records, and rankings.

He read carefully, whispering softly to himself.

"So the Pokémon Alliance governs the world… and it spans across nine primary regions: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and even a lesser-known Nova region still in development."

Each region was rich with unique geography, culture, and Pokémon species. But what caught his attention next made his eyes narrow in fascination.

There were eight powerful families known as the Pillars of the Pokémon Alliance—each dominating an essential field:

Joy Family – Controllers of all medical and healing knowledge; every Nurse Joy was from this lineage.

Jenny Family – Overseers of law enforcement and security; the famous Officer Jennys hailed from here.

Dragon Family – Masters of Dragon-type Pokémon; one of their members sat among the elite of the Pokémon League.

Oak Family – Legendary researchers; the family of Professor Oak, forming the intellectual backbone of the alliance.

Moonheart Family – Specialists in myths and ancient Pokémon lore; they held ties to legendary Pokémon and even had Sinnoh's current Champion.

Zewu Family – Experts in Steel and Rock types, reigning over Hoenn's Champion seat.

Ice Family – Commanders of Ice-type Pokémon; one of their elites was known for freezing entire battlefields.

Sakki Family – Earth and Bug-type masters, known for their immense underground network and powerful control of terrain-based tactics.

Akg leaned back, absorbing the details.

"Each region has its own League Championship and four elite protectors… Gym Leaders act as guardians of cities and gatekeepers for trainers."

What stunned him most was the revelation about Kanto.

Unlike other regions, Kanto had no reigning Champion. Instead, its four Elites—Lorelei, Bruno, Lance, and Agatha—were so equally matched that none could rise above the others. Their balance of power maintained Kanto's stability, and all four were as powerful as Champions from other regions.

As Akg scrolled further, a surprising note caught his eye: polygamy was allowed in this world, and individuals were considered adults at age 14, the minimum age for marriage. It was culturally accepted, especially among powerful families or elites.

"That's… a major shift from my old world," Akg murmured, stunned.

He glanced down at Rena, who was quietly resting in his lap with a soft hum of contentment, completely unaware of the weight of the information he'd uncovered.

Satisfied with what he had learned, Akg turned off the computer and stood up, carrying Rena in his arms once more. He walked toward his bedroom, his mind spinning with thoughts—this world looked like the anime he once knew, but it was deeper, more complex, and more mature than he ever imagined.

As he laid down on the bed, Rena nestled against his chest, her body radiating warmth and comfort. Akg gently wrapped his arms around her, staring at the ceiling with thoughtful eyes.

"So much is different… but maybe that means I can do something truly great here," he whispered to himself.

And slowly, with dreams of alliances, champions, and a future full of promise, Akg drifted into a quiet, determined sleep.
