In the blink of an eye, the scenery around him changed drastically.
The environment shifted from a luxurious hotel to a gloomy prison, and the delicate bodies around him transformed into dirty silhouettes emitting a foul smell.
As Yuki Soma wondered what was happening, a metallic noise echoed.

The sound of a metal rod hitting a grate rang out, making Yuki jump. His body trembled instinctively, as if he had developed a conditioned fear towards that sound.
Moments later, several sturdy black men emerged from the light, distributing viscous and murky liquids into each metal cell.
When it came to Yuki's cell, one of the men declared:
"Hey boss, this little yellow-skinned monkey is still alive. What vitality, like a cockroach!"
The leader, a bald man covered in frightening tattoos, gave Yuki a cold glance before reprimanding his subordinate:
"Do not touch him for now. The transaction is approaching. If he dies, his organs won't be fresh anymore, and their value will decrease."
"Yes, yes, understood..." the henchman replied, nodding eagerly. Then, he shot a menacing look at Yuki, caressing a scar on his hand while gritting his teeth:
"You're lucky, kid..."
Organ trafficking!
After the men left, Yuki immediately understood the situation from bits of their conversation. Suddenly, a sharp pain pierced his brain, and a flood of fragmented memories invaded his mind.
The previous occupant of this body was also named Yuki Soma. He was an ordinary university student who, a month earlier, had awakened a mutant ability. Thanks to this ability, he had managed to escape unscathed from a burning house.
But this miracle did not bring him luck. A few days later, his parents discovered his power and, rejecting him, kicked him out of their home.
Subsequently, he was hunted by a mysterious organization and kidnapped by members of a Hell's Kitchen gang, locked in this unknown underground prison.
The black man who had captured him was the one who had just spoken. During his capture, Yuki, in a desperate act, had almost torn a piece of flesh from the thug's hand with his teeth.
That's why the latter had particularly "cared" for him afterwards.
Observing the pus-filled and oozing scars under his torn clothes, Yuki understood that the previous occupant of this body had probably died from those wounds.
But that wasn't the most urgent crisis. In a week, the gang would be making a transaction with another underground organization, and the prisoners, including him, would be slaughtered like cattle for their organs.
What's more, this world was one he knew well: a world with mutants, Stark Industries... It was the Marvel universe, extremely dangerous!
Even if he managed to escape this imminent crisis, how would he survive Thanos' snap, which would threaten the entire universe? Yuki didn't want to gamble on a fifty-fifty chance of survival!
And then, was it the movie universe or the comic universe? If it was the movie universe, he might have a chance to make it out. But if it was the comic universe...
Yuki shuddered at the thought.
As for the previous Yuki's mutant ability... If it had been powerful, he wouldn't have been captured by an underground gang!
His power was energy absorption, identical to that of Black King. But after an initial awakening under emotional stress, the intensity of this power had significantly decreased. He couldn't even fully absorb the kinetic energy from a simple punch, let alone that of a bullet or another mutant ability.
Such a weak power, what good was it for?
Yuki sank into despair. Just as he had barely crossed over into this world, he was already facing death! In his old life, everything was fine, so why had he suddenly been thrust here?
In a burst of intense frustration, a voice suddenly resounded in his ears:

Yuki immediately felt a difference. He could now see 360 degrees around him, and his vision was incredibly sharp, able to distinguish even dust particles in the air.
Moreover, in his field of vision, blue lines intersected, leading to a dimly lit wall lamp behind him.
He understood that he was seeing electricity, an effect of the Six Eyes that allowed him to perceive energy flows.
After testing his new abilities, Yuki displayed a delighted smile. His first character model was that of Gojo Satoru!
Even if Gojo's image had slightly suffered after becoming "2.5 Gojo," he remained one of the pillars of the Jujutsu Kaisen universe.
If he could obtain even a fraction of Gojo's powers, escaping from this prison would be a piece of cake.
And above all, Gojo Satoru's powers were so stylish!
With the acquisition of the system, Yuki regained confidence in his future. However, his immediate priority was still to escape from this gangster prison.
At that moment, heavy footsteps echoed. Yuki recognized the approaching black man: his name was Jim.
Jim stopped in front of Yuki's cell, gave him a cruel smile, and whispered:
"Filthy yellow-skinned monkey, you have quite the endurance to still be alive. Enjoy your last day, tomorrow, I'll take care of you!"
Saying this, he undid his pants and poured a foul yellow liquid into the bowl of gruel on the floor.
Seeing Yuki's impassive expression, as if he was looking at a dead man, Jim felt a rage boiling inside him. The pain from the scar on his hand woke up.
But remembering the boss's orders, he restrained himself, left one final threat, and walked away.
Yuki watched Jim's back in silence, then looked away.
In front of him, the yellow liquid spilled on the floor and the murky gruel emitted a putrid smell. Even though the liquid hadn't touched him, he stepped back as a precaution and decided he would pay back Jim the next day!
Despite the hunger gnawing at him, Yuki refused to touch the tainted gruel. He focused on his new abilities.
He changed position to block the light from the wall lamp behind him. Under the guise of a cough, he discreetly struck the glass of the lamp, shattering it.
He hid the glass shards in his sleeve, then touched the lamp wick with his fingers. Everything relied on this moment!
With the Six Eyes, he felt he could manipulate energy with increased precision, and his energy absorption power seemed to have evolved.
When his fingers made contact with the wick, thanks to the precision of the Six Eyes, he absorbed the electricity and heat. His energy points began to increase slowly.
