Alexander approached the garden and saw his parents and uncle seated with a female guest.
"Who could that be? ". He asked himself.
He was very surprised and curious about the woman's identity since her back was turned towards him.
Alexander waited and watched, observing as the woman used a handkerchief to clean her face.
As she stood up, his mother hugged her, and the woman turned to leave the compound. She faced him and he saw her face.
It was then that Alexander realized it was Aurora.
As Aurora approached him, Alexander stood waiting, anticipating that she might ignore him, just like she had at the eatery previously.
When she drew close, he grasped her hands.
"Leave me alone" Aurora told him. Let go off my hands.
"Please Aurora", kindly grant me a listening ear. Alexander expressed. I'm ready to make things right, i just need to go on three date nights with you again.
However, Aurora wasn't interested in what he is saying.
"I can't, and remember we are now divorced so leave me alone". She reminded him And tried to walk away.
Alexander held her hands and led Aurora into the house, holding her hand as they climbed the staircase leading to the room.
Aurora struggled to free herself, but Alexander held tight, He was carefully guiding her up the stairs and protecting any items from bumping into her.
When she slowed, he lifted her up in his arms, and carried her like a bride into the room.
Alexander's uncle and mother watched without interfering, allowing the couple to work things out.

They got to one of the rooms he carefully put her down on the Bed. He locked the door and put the keys into his pocket.
"Why are you locking the door "?. Aurora asked him. And what do you want from me this time around? Because it's obvious you don't even know what you want Alex.
"I simply granted your biggest wish by signing the divorce papers and now you are still stalking me?".
"Aurora".. Alexander said in a very calm voice. I just need three date nights with you, to make things right again between us.
"No". Aurora cut him short, "I will never believe you again Alex, that was how you made me believed you have changed over the door incident in our room, yet few hours later you yelled at me over the phone and reminded me to hastily sign the divorce papers".
"Aurora ", I thought I needed a divorce but I don't know why I'm feeling this about you suddenly.
"Spare me please Alex", Aurora said to him.
It surprised me you don't truly know what you wanted.
" I have loved you for years, right from my childhood. I did everything to be with you, yet I was neglected and treated like I wasn't worthy.
You made me feel valueless, you made me questioned my sanity if I wasn't good enough, as if that wasn't enough you cheated on me with your lover in our marriage".
"You soiled our marital vow just because of tour selfish desires, you couldn't even stay chaste for the sake of our marriage". Aurora added, with so much emotions in her voice.
"Aurora" Alexander said to her. Diana has always been in my life, before you. You came into my life almost at the same time.
I wasn't in control of my heart, because she was the one my heart yearns for.... And you can't said I cheated on you because even before our marriage, I have always been with her. You should understand.
"Huh", understand you mean. Aurora said clapping her hands, Alex let's allow bygone be bygone.
I have chosen my path to walk away peacefully, i don't want you to be stalking me and reminding me of our failed marriage.
I'm sorry, I don't think I will ever anything to do with you again Alex. She added. Trying to sound serious without any emotions attached.
"Have you been cheating on me?". Alexander ask the question and it sounded like a bombshell.
"What"... I'm not a cheat, I can never cheat on my marriage but since I had no ring on my finger anymore and the divorce paper had been legally signed, I will move on. I don't care if it happen a second ago.
Alexander could only admire her as she speak. The simple white gown she was wearing made her look gorgeous as it also reveal her nice curves.
"Give us a second chance ". Alexander said slowly as he walk closer to Aurora.
He lifted up her face, making her lips closer and trying to give her a passionate kiss....
At first, Aurora wanted to pull away but Alexander Refused to let go, he held her so tightly and kissed her so passionately he poured all his emotions into it. He felt the tension in Aurora was slowly melting away, as she surrender to his kisses.
He held her waist and kiss her so passionately, while she reach out and held his neck. She felt her body growing weaker and yearning more for his body and kiss.
She knew she had missed him very much.
And when the kissing came to an end she shyly looked at him, that was the first time he had kissed her.
I will never let you go again, Aurora. Alexander said and hugged her deeply. Now he realized she was the person who made him feel incomplete with her absence.
"I need to leave now" she said to him. Alexander held her hands as he lead the way to the back door. He doesn't want them to meet with his mother. Who would probably asked what went wrong.
Alexander insisted on dropping Aurora off but she declined.
So got her a private taxi to take her back home.

Aurora got home and her parent asked how was the meeting. She told them it was fine, but didn't really go into details.
She headed straight to her room and lay on the bed.
Reflecting on what transpired between her and Alexander.
Few moments later, she had a footstep. She knew it was Caramel. And immediately she open the door and ran to hug her out of excitement.
"How are you feeling now ". She asked her
"I'm fine, Aurora replied. "How was your interview".
Caramel happily replied. "It was fine, They promised to send me an Email under 48hours".
How about you, how was your meeting with Alex's family.
Aurora stammered a bit before narrating everything that happened.
Caramel seems furious. "What, Aurora are you been serious right now ". After everything he has put you through, you are considering going back to him?. Tell me this is a big bad joke. She added.
"I'm not joking Caramel". Aurora said, "I felt so much sincerity, in his voice". You know people deserves a second chance...
Aurora's phone began to ring. And caramel quickly rush to check who the caller was. She saw Alexander was the caller.
Aurora picked the call with a smile on her face.
"Hi, it's Alexander ", hope you reached home safe. He asked.
Ooh Alex! Thank you, yes I arrived home safely. Aurora responded with a smile on her face.
"Where would you want me to take you out on a date, Tomorrow please. Tell me the place and time you want". He asked.
Caramel put her hands on her waist, with her mouth and eyes widely opened as she watch in disdain how Aurora was acting as if she just met Alexander, with so much smiles and blush on Aurora's face as she speak with Alex.
"I will love Elite delight restaurant, and by 7pm tomorrow ". She said still blushing.
"Alright it's fine by me, 7pm at Elite delight is okay". He said. Take care of yourself Aurora he said and hanged up.
Caramel burst into laughter, is this a dream?. She asked herself.
"Calm down", Aurora try to persuade caramel to see reasons with her.
"I'm out of this, what ever happens I'm not in anymore". He breaks your heart, he divorced you I don't want to hear any. Caramel concluded as she walk out of the room.
