Welcome to "RiverDill," known for amazing rivers and aqueduct infrastructure around the city, along with advanced technology and keeping the traditional infrastructures for aesthetics, and with the residents of Human, Demi Dogs, and Cats, this city has been living harmoniously together along with their other neighbor city. This Afternoon, we will meet our protagonist of the story in the bank that shapes the future of humanity.
Then a frustrated middle-aged man slams a bunch of bills on the table in front of the protagonist.
"48 BILLION IN DEBT!? YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD HIDE THIS FROM ME, HUH!? " the middle aged man looks at him with his eyebrows raised, staring at our protagonist looking down in silence on the floor in shame.
"Your parents told you to spend your money on finding a proper job, not on gambling. Even if you run out of money, you're still gambling at that casino! Again, again, and AGAIN! " The middle-aged man said with even more frustration.
"I know, I know, and I'm sorry, Uncle Ken—"The protagonist replied.
This is Master "Jacob Bennett," our hero and a Human protagonist of the story. Right now he's talking with his Human uncle, "Ken Sworth," about our hero's financial problems.
Ken facepalmed at what he was supposed to do next to master Jacob's debt problem and let out a big sigh. "Jacob, I've decided to send you back to your parents farm so you can be beneficial for your parents and the farm." He goes to grab a sheet of paper on his desk and writes something on it.
"What!?" Jacob then gets off the chair and slams his hands on Ken's desk.
"I can't go back, I only stayed here for 2 months!? And if I go back to my parents, I bring nothing but shame to the family. I cannot imagine what they will do to me after they see my debt…" Jacob imagines himself getting tied up in a wood and dressed up as a scarecrow.
"That's your problem, since I'm the one who is going to be paying your debt, and a friend of your parents is also my problem too." Ken said as he put his pen down.
"BUT, you're still going back to your parents, and that is final." Ken Folded the paper he wrote and put it in the envelope.
"Can you give me at least 1 day to find myself a job? " Jacob said.
"Jacob, you haven't found a job… FOR 2 MONTHS SINCE YOU MOVED HERE!! " Ken replied.
"You don't have to tell me that—" Jason said.
Minutes later, Ken leads him outside the bank and calls a taxi cab to bring him to Master Jacob's apartment. He told Jacob to pack his things to move back to his parents tomorrow, where he lives as a hard, unsuccessful farmer with no future.
"Okay, that hurts, you know, but you are not wrong there" Jacob said.
Now Jacob starts his little inner monologue in his mind while riding back to his apartment.
"My name is Jacob Benett, 21 years old, born from a family of strict farmers who owned a large farm outside the city of RiverDill, and here I am thinking I could prove to them that I can be successful without their financial support, Don't even ask how I got an apartment and some money because my parents wanted to give me a proper start to live by myself, I maybe a bit slow minded but I can handle myself… most of the time.. At first I didn't think of any city I could go to, so my first thought would be "RiverDill," since their railways are connected to our town and RiverDill Train Station."
"So after I settled here in my new apartment in this City, I started look for a job that is suitable for me or is open for hire, and did find a coffee Cafe near at my apartment for hire a waiter, it went smoothly and ready to be taken for a job, until an disaster happens when I gave my resume to the manager in he's office, a employee barge in the room and calls out the manager, we both flinch, he's coffee spill out of the floor, and my resume flew out off my hand and lands on the spilled off coffee on the floor, I was froze that my resume is ruined but my manager said is alright he can dry it off and wait for a bit, As he getting the resume the lamp on the ceiling landed on my resume and burns up… after that the manager told me to get another resume and apply next time- and it happens again in the next job I tried to applied, at the Mall, convinced store, hotel, Sex Club, every job in the city for 2 Months, even in my own Apartment building,our landLord is hiring for a janitor and my resume got eaten by her Dog, like am I supposed to be afraid of getting a job? or the job is afraid of me of having a job?, As I walked around the city I stopped by in a Casino and thinking I could get money by Gambling and trying my luck and as you expect it… 48 BILLION INDEBT! ,wow, what luck I have-"
As Jacob got out of his inner monologue, they were already here at the apartment where Master Jacob lives. He got out of the taxi and thanked the driver before driving off, then he turned around and looked at his Tall apartment building. As he entered the building, he saw a lot of people gathering around the front counter.
Jacob didn't know what was going on but he felt something was not right, people in the crowd murmured, some people in the crowd were in tears, and some buried their faces next to the person's chest, Jacob is quiet confused on why they are in that state, so he asks one of the people in the crowd in the back, and asked.
"Hey, What's going on?" Jacob said as he tapped in the back of that person he was asking and that person turned around and noticed jacob.
"Oh Jacob, You are here!" Kurt said
The person Jacob is talking to is "Kurt Saboak" a 22 year old demi Dog who works at a Pet Groomer, who lives right next to Jacobs apartment.
"What's going on here? Why are there a lot of people here?"
Right now Kurt's expression is not in the right state of telling Jacob the sad news, so he gathers all his thought's and tell to jacob.
"Jacob… Aunt Meran, she's passed away-" Kurt said in
Jacob's expression turning from confusion to deep devastation then dropped his knees to the floor after realizing he's Landlord "Shelly Merands" 67 year old female demi dog, who sadly passed away from old age.
After that, the receptionist in the front counter, telling all the people who are present in the building.
"my dear Residents of Merands apartment, I would like to share this message from Shelly Merands with all of you" As the receptionist pulls out the paper with Merands hand written that reads
"My dear Children's,
I Would like to give this message to all my dearest residents in this building before I go. 25 Years ago, I held a grand opening for my husband and my Nephew Apartment in this Big City, At first we thought nobody would like to live in our apartment since it is old, Full of mosses that couldn't be removed our own, limited light around the building, and poor water condition. We thought this was a failure until you people can along, started lived here, helping us renovating, fixing our problems together, I couldn't been so much happier and greatful you all came into our apartment, I have nothing I to return for your kindness my children, but all I could do is for you all can live here as long as you can be, and I'll hand over my fortune and the key of this building to my nephew KURT SABOAK, the building is in your care my nephew, I would like to have my last request to my dearest children in the building, Fulfil your dreams before is too late my children's, or that dream you made will become a fantasy that would never be happened.

Is already night time after the reception read Aunt Merands letter, all the residents have already gone back to their rooms mourning the loss of their Lovable Landlord,meanwhile both Jacob and Kurt are walking together carrying Jacob's luggage for he's tomorrow departure, and putting he's luggage the front desk of the entrance building.
"Thanks for helping me carrying my luggage Kurt" Jacob said
"No worries, if my Aunt sees our residents as her children, then they are also my siblings as well." Kurt replied as he wags his tail.
"Are you sure you can manage your aunt's building? I mean, can you handle 2 jobs at a time, while going back and forth to your workplace?" Jacob said, but in his words, he is worried for his friend if he is capable enough to run the Apartment on his own.
"if I am perfectly honest, I really don't know… but I'll try to ask my boss if I can keep my job and work here inside the building at the same time without going back and forth to my work place" Kurt replied
"But do you really have to leave? Mr. Bennett?" Kurt said
"Yeah… I don't have any more ideas to convince my uncle to let me stay here. After all, my uncle already found out about my debt from the casino," Jacob replied while looking down on the floor in shame.
Kurt chuckles from Jacob's mistake
"You shouldn't have got in there huh?" Kurt said
"Yeah, it was a terrible decision-,But Honestly, I would have gotten this job as a janitor for your Aunt, if it wasn't for you eating my resume" Jacob Replied while glaring at Kurt
Kurt laughs sarcastically then avoids Jacob's glare then coughs.
"Come on- let's go finish moving your luggage in the entrance fast, so you can get to sleep early-" Kurt said hesitantly and then walks faster than Jacob so he can avoid Jacob conversations before escalating to a fight.
Jacob's made a big sigh then continue on carrying his luggage to the front desk, he let it slide because for the past 2 months, Kurt has been helpful to Jacob for finding a Job that is hiring someone around the city for him, helping him carrying his luggage and cleaning his apartment room ever since he arrives here through this day, so he catch up to Kurt then eventually finished their work.
Later both Kurt and Jacob went to eat their dinner together, after that they went to their separate rooms, Kurt was already asleep, but Jacob was still awake in the bed, thinking of what will happen next after tomorrow leaving the city. Usually everybody who is living in the apartment would just forget it and move on to their new homes. But for Jacob he Sees this apartment as his 2nd home, the people living here treated each other As their own siblings, and the landlord acted like a mother to him, even though they all are not blood related and different species, he can't help but to cherish those who have helped him from his struggles so he goes sleep, hoping that everything went well and preparing for Jacob Departure.

By the following day this morning, Jacob said goodbye to Kurt and to all the residents who have helped him in the apartment, then Jacob now part ways with them and Jacob and his Uncle Ken now went to the train Station for his return to his parents farm.
They are now in the Train Station waiting for their train to arrive while sitting in the bench with Jacob luggage, Jacob thought that this is the end of his story, But this is where it changes his Fate Forever when Ken is going to the Restroom, so Ken told Jacob stay in your bench and wait for him then Ken Rush's to the restroom.
Jacob just looking around when suddenly a shiny Medal is laying down right beside his foot, he then picks it up and inspect with it, when all a sudden a female Voice calling out to him saying
"Hey you!" The lady said
Jacob turns his head and looks at the lady, apparently she is a "Hunter", A Dangerous Job for a normal civilian could apply to, right now jacob looks around whoever she calls out to and then points his hand to himself saying.
"Me?" Jacob replied in confusion
"Yes You! The Train is about to go! I don't want another Hunter to get left behind and wait another Year! To pick up another batch of Hunters!" The Hunter lady said
Jacob is quite confused on what is that Hunter lady saying when his saw a medal wearing in her shoulder armor similar to he's holding in his hand right now, he looks at the medal she wearing and the medal in his hand back and forth to make sure is similar, after a few seconds checking he now realized that she mistook you as a "HUNTER", he quickly turn he's gaze to her and quickly replied.
"wait! wait! wait! Lady! This must be a misunderstanding, you see I just f-" As Jacob is about to finish his sentence, he suddenly gets grabbed by the Lady and his luggage along with it and drags him to the wrong train.
"Enough chit chat kid, the train is about to go, you can thank me later!" The Hunter Lady said with a smile.
"MISS! THIS IS A MISTAKE! I'M NOT A HUNTER! I'M JUST A REGULAR CIVILIAN!" Jacob replies as he panics and tries to let go of her grasp.
"Oh really? CONGRATULATION KID! you just graduated from a Hunter School, and believe me Hunter School is for Babies" The Hunter Lady said as she threw Jacob and his luggage inside the train and got inside.
as the train door slowly closed up and started to move Jacob then rush through the train door and look at the window door where he can see his Uncle Ken coming out of the Rest room and yelling his name for help, but it was pointless, as the train moves away and headed straight to the city of Hunters "Athosity"
Ken goes up to Jacob when he got stopped by a Male Hunter asking
"Morning Mister, Can I ask you Question? Have you seen my Hunter Medal?" the Male Hunter said.
It was a Truly Unexpected Event for our Hero "Jacob Bennett", But lies ahead he will encounter great Challenher, Many Opportunities, meet allies and friends who will eventually be with him in Great adventure, oh what a Unusual Outcome for our hero.
