Konoha – Outside the Village Gate

Despair—!

Clatter—!

The sound of footsteps echoed softly in the distance.

One step.

Another.

Slow and deliberate.

The atmosphere near the gate of Konohagakure grew heavy, tense with a sense of foreboding.

A figure was walking slowly toward the gate—step by step—his presence undeniable.

He was tall and imposing, clad in crimson armor that reflected a deep, bloody red under the midday sun. Black ninja boots crunched softly against the dirt path, and black gloves encased his hands. Most striking of all, his long, flowing black hair trailed behind him like a dark flame, reaching down to his waist.

Had the First Hokage—Senju Hashirama—been alive, he would have immediately recognized this man. After all, they had once stood shoulder to shoulder as comrades and later, as bitter enemies.

But Hashirama was long dead.

Now, no one living could recognize the figure in the crimson armor for who he truly was.

Ta-da-da...

The armored man drew closer, walking calmly, indifferently, as if time itself bowed to him.

The wind stirred gently around him, making his long black hair sway like a banner of war. It was as if nature itself sensed what was coming—how this man's arrival would soon shatter the peace Konoha had enjoyed for decades.

---

At the main gate, two guards stood on duty: Izumo Kamizuki and Kotetsu Hagane—long-time gatekeepers of Konoha.

They straightened up at the sound of footsteps and squinted into the distance.

"Wait! Who are you?" Izumo called out, raising his hand. "You're not from Konoha, are you? Please state your name and register your information!"

Their voices carried authority, but there was a slight tremble, a hesitation born from the aura the approaching figure exuded.

The tall man stopped several meters away from them.

He lowered his head slightly, shadows casting over his face, making his expression unreadable. Then—

Hmph...

He sneered.

It was quiet, but laced with such condescension that both Izumo and Kotetsu flinched instinctively.

The stranger raised his head.

Clang—!

In that instant, the guards were met with a gaze they would never forget—even if they had the chance to remember.

His eyes were scarlet.

Swirling.

Deadly.

Three tomoe danced within each pupil.

The Sharingan.

It was like falling into a bottomless abyss. Izumo and Kotetsu froze where they stood—paralyzed, their minds ensnared by the ancient power of the Uchiha clan.

The crimson-armored man continued forward without another word, walking straight past the motionless gatekeepers and into the village itself.

---

Several minutes later...

"Uh...?"

Izumo blinked.

"Huh? Why are we outside?"

Kotetsu looked around, just as dazed. "Weren't we... just talking to someone?"

They looked at each other, confused and disoriented.

Neither of them remembered a thing.

And so, the stranger passed into Konoha unnoticed—unrecorded.

Inside Konoha

It was noon, and the village was alive with the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Shinobi walked side by side with civilians. Children ran through the streets laughing. Smoky aromas drifted from barbecue joints, ramen shops, and sweet stores. Life was calm and vibrant.

It was the picture of peace.

But amidst the joy, one man stood out—a lonely, imposing figure in crimson armor walking slowly through the busy streets.

He stood tall and proud, yet alone.

His piercing black eyes scanned the scene before him—not with awe or admiration, but with quiet contemplation. With every step he took, he absorbed the details of this familiar village… one he had never seen with his own eyes… and yet remembered intimately.

"This place...," the man murmured, his voice deep and calm, "...is so familiar… yet so strange."

A small smile tugged at his lips.

---

His name—was Leo.

But that was not the name this world knew.

Not anymore.

---

A Different World, A Different Life

Leo had not been born in the ninja world.

In his original world, he was just an ordinary young man—an orphan raised in a rundown urban orphanage, helped along the way by kind strangers and overworked social workers. He had studied until high school, but academic life had never suited him.

Eventually, Leo dropped out.

Like many young adults who didn't fit into the system, he found himself drifting through life, taking up odd jobs just to get by.

In the end, he became a delivery man.

It wasn't glamorous—but it was honest work. He didn't complain. He lived day by day, just trying to survive.

Then one rainy evening—rushing through traffic, staring at directions on his phone—Leo didn't notice the oncoming truck.

The impact was brutal. Life slipped from his body almost instantly.

---

But death... wasn't the end.

In that fleeting moment between life and oblivion, something extraordinary happened.

A mysterious voice echoed in the darkness.

> "[Achievement Sign-In System] Activated—First Sign-In Complete."

"Congratulations. You've signed in: [Founding Konoha – Uchiha Madara – Combat Power Template]."

Leo, bleeding and unconscious, couldn't respond. So the system made a choice for him.

It bound him—mind, body, and soul—to the combat power template of Uchiha Madara, the legendary co-founder of Konohagakure.

Not only was his strength restored—his appearance had changed as well.

Leo was no longer the scruffy delivery boy from a forgotten city.

He was now Uchiha Madara—reborn in a different world.

---

New Life, New Power

When Leo opened his eyes in this world, he found himself in a cave outside Konoha, dressed in Madara's armor, his body brimming with power.

He spent days adjusting—mentally and physically.

The memories were strange—his own and Madara's fused together. Decades of combat experience, knowledge of chakra, Uchiha history, and battle strategy—all downloaded into his mind.

But most fascinating of all was the system:

The Achievement Sign-In System.

Its rules were simple:

Leo could sign in once a day.

The rewards varied wildly—from powerful items to absolutely useless junk.

Achievements, like defeating powerful opponents, accomplishing rare feats, or causing major changes, could grant bonus sign-ins.

His first few sign-ins were... underwhelming.

One day: a pack of tissues.

Next day: an expired ration pill.

Then: a pair of worn sandals.

He almost gave up on it—until he realized the true potential.

Because every achievement counted.

Big achievements brought big rewards.

And Leo had his eyes set on the biggest playground in this world—the ninja villages. Konoha was first on his list.

---

The Plan Begins

Now, here he stood—his new life as Uchiha Madara officially beginning.

His mind was focused, calm, and cold. He had no interest in becoming a hero or a villain. Power was his only goal.

He had felt the weight of weakness in his past life—the humiliations, the regrets, the powerlessness in the face of fate.

Never again.

This world was one of strength.

And now, Leo was strength incarnate.

---

A young genin bumped into him while chasing a runaway dog.

"Ah! Sorry, mister—" the boy stammered.

Leo glanced down.

Just a glance.

The child froze, instinctively backing away.

Leo said nothing.

His silence spoke volumes.

He walked on, toward the Hokage monument in the distance.

---

"Konoha... is only the beginning."

The wind stirred once more.

The leaves rustled ominously.

Somewhere in the village, a bird cried out sharply before flying away.

And deep within Leo's heart, the hunger for power—the greed for conquest—burned brighter than ever.
