Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Chiga set out to sea in his small boat.

He steered his boat to an area with abundant fish, then cast a huge net into the sea. He then lay down on his small boat to rest. The fishing resources in One Piece were quite rich, and soon Chiga felt his small boat begin to shake.

Chiga pulled the fishing net with one hand, exerting a slight force, and the net, filled with various fish and shrimp, was dragged up. The fish and shrimp in the net were numerous and struggling desperately.

Chiga raised his hand and released a very low-power Lightning Release ninjutsu towards the fish and shrimp in the net.

Lightning Release: New Energy Fishing Net Jutsu!

A dense beam of electricity spread from Chiga's palm, instantly enveloping the entire fishing net.

The fish and shrimp in the net were immediately subdued by the New Energy Fishing Net and instantly became docile.

"Hmm, a good harvest." Chiga was satisfied and prepared to leave. Suddenly, a huge wave surged on the sea, and a massive eel head emerged. Then, half of its body shot out of the water, reaching dozens of meters long. A pair of blood-red eyes stared intently at Chiga and the prey in his hands.

"A Sea King? It can't be the only one in this sea area, can it?" Chiga looked at the behemoth before him with a poker face, thinking to himself.

As the weakest of the four seas, especially in such a remote area, Sea Kings were actually quite rare in the East Blue.

However, while Sea Kings looked intimidating, in Chiga's eyes, they were just larger fish. After all, having witnessed the world-destroying power of the Tailed Beasts in Naruto, a Sea King, simply because of its large size, couldn't really compare.

"Well, it's a good opportunity to test the power of these eyes on you, even if it's a bit overkill." Chiga looked up at the Sea King.

The Sea King was looking at the tiny human below it and the pile of prey in his hands, preparing for a hearty meal. Then it saw Chiga looking up, and its gaze met the purple Rinnegan.

Instinctively, it felt a suffocating fear. Subconsciously, it tried to escape, but it was too late.

Rinnegan: Genjutsu!

An invisible ripple spread out. The Sea King froze abruptly, then its eyes transformed into the same Rinnegan pattern as Chiga's, and its life force began to rapidly dissipate.

Rinnegan: Genjutsu, as a skill that Sasuke once used in the original Naruto to control several Tailed Beasts with a single glance, was clearly a dimensionality reduction attack when used against a dozens-of-meters-long Sea King. It simply couldn't withstand the mental impact and its consciousness was directly erased. With a splash, it collapsed onto the water, sinking downwards.

"This is much more useful than any Conqueror's Haki, but such a large chunk of meat can't be wasted like this." Chiga looked at the sinking Sea King, then raised his hand again, and a black vortex appeared in his palm.

Universal Pull!

A huge gravitational force emanated from Chiga's palm, and the dozens-of-meters-long Sea King corpse was immediately pulled up.

After pulling the corpse towards the stern of the boat, Chiga turned his head to look in the direction of the island he had departed from, roughly estimating the distance. Then, his Rinnegan eyes slightly widened.

Almighty Push!

Another powerful repulsive force spread out with Chiga as its center. The Sea King's corpse was instantly pushed away by this powerful repulsion, disappearing from sight.

It is worth noting that Chiga's Rinnegan was his own and did not require him to sacrifice his life like Nagato. Using the basic abilities of the Six Paths, such as Almighty Push, also had no annoying five-second cooldown. Its power also increased infinitely with the growth of his chakra and stamina.

(A/N: in One Piece, people's stamina is very strong. After being transformed by this world, the protagonist's body will definitely be many times stronger than in his previous lives, which makes it easier to describe his strength.)

Watching the Sea King disappear from his sight, Chiga clapped his hands in satisfaction.

"Hmm, this is what they call 'food and fodder before the troops move'."
