This is highly theoretical energy concept that I created to fulfill loopholes that I think is loopholes and I got help from A.I. for compilation but core theory is original [ I guess no one had that much free time to though about this lol ]
I. Dark Energy – The Primordial Force
Definition:
Dark Energy is the most primordial and chaotic energy in the universe. It makes up the majority of all cosmic energy (roughly 68%) and is responsible for the expansion of the universe. In the Shinobi World cosmology, it is the raw background field present across all dimensions.
Traits:
Completely untamed and chaotic.
Cannot be directly harnessed by mortals or basic lifeforms.
Exists on all planets, but only becomes "usable" when filtered or resonated with life.
Role:
It is the origin of all refined energies. When influenced by the emotions, consciousness, and spiritual resonance of living beings, it begins to stabilize into Nature Energy and planet specific energy.
II. Nature Energy – The Refined Breath of the Planet
Definition:
Nature Energy is filtered Dark Energy. It is shaped and stabilized by the collective mental, emotional, and spiritual resonance of a planet's living creatures.
Traits:
Exists everywhere: in the air, ground, water, and even in the silence of caves.
Holds the DNA-like Spiritual data of all lifeforms on the planet.[ Like abilities, powers , bloodlines, evolution paths , memories ect. Karma seal is developed by observing this ]
Is semi-sentient; it can react to planetary threats by influencing evolution.
Forms the foundation of Sage Mode, which allows users to blend their chakra with Nature Energy.
Role:
Nature Energy is the bridge between chaotic Dark Energy and structured Chakra. It is usable, but still wild. Only trained sages and unique beings can properly use it without being overwhelmed.
III. Natural Chakra – The Forgotten Residue
Definition:
Natural Chakra is the residual chakra dispersed into the environment over thousands of years from the use of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. Unlike Nature Energy, it originates from living beings, not the cosmos.
Traits:
Accumulates slowly like spiritual sediment.
Stores echoes of techniques, bloodlines, and chakra natures.
Cannot be harnessed directly, but may affect future generations subconsciously.
Could be absorbed or recycled by Nature Energy over time.
Role:
Natural Chakra acts as a historical imprint. It holds the battle memory of the world and may subtly influence natural evolution, bloodline development, and possibly the subconscious knowledge of future shinobi and all natural chakra is converted back into nature energy it's world healing itself from robbed nature energy by kaguya otsutsuki
[ I think there has to be somewhere where all residual chakra go it's not like it vanished in thin air i don't think all chakra is converted into power some residual always leak this is answer where all residual chakra of big wars go ]
IV. Chakra – The Personal Energy of Life
Definition:
Chakra is the internal energy system created by the Ōtsutsuki's manipulation of Nature Energy and life essence (spiritual + physical energy). It is the usable form of energy in modern shinobi society.
Traits:
Can be shaped into elemental jutsu, healing, and physical enhancement.
Unique to each individual, though influenced by clan and genetics.
Fueled by training, emotion, and willpower.
Role:
Chakra is personalized Nature Energy, shaped by the user's soul. It is the tool of all shinobi, but its origin is cosmically vast.

V. Other Minor Things
Ten Tails: Acts as a converter of Nature Energy into Chakra Fruit — using the planet's soul (Nature Energy) as raw fuel.
Ōtsutsuki: Exploit the energy hierarchy by eating Chakra Fruits, gaining access to planetary memory and evolution.
World's Will: Possibly formed by the accumulation of Nature Energy infused with consciousness — reacting to threats by creating chosen ones (e.g., Asura, Naruto).
