Chapter 2 - Neutrality – Ignorance

Those who do know not.

Those who do know what.

Those who do know that.

An attempted attempt at an action.

The consequence of such an action does not go unnoticed.

Those who remain not understanding why such a thing occurs are fit to never understand.

Inversely those who understand too much cannot see the shallow.

Beings with a strong sense of pride and wield power never listen nor simply say or do anything that does rival their own path.

When something goes wrong, there are several responses.

Masters of such significance in their mind will question it all.

Understand the problem yet not the core issue.

Understand the consequence but not the problem that arose.

The inability to understand anything.

Like that of a rival brother, they could think their actions will never befall them.

It can never fall on them.

Even if it doesn't, those of their bloodline will eventually reach the inevitability.

Even if forgotten, the sparks from it never go extinguished.

Years ago, a coastal port on the western side became a city.

The crash of monetary value slipped easily into each heart living.

The adults worked the majority of their days earning measly pay offering only that of the grime as their survival.

The young were left with nothing. No help for another if they sought any chance to live.

Closer and closer the explosion would begin. See no one but yourself.

A man walked the street.

A boy walking next to him continued on the same path.

Temptation lingered from the rumored granter.

Even if it costed the entirety, they sought anything.

They both entered the alley, never seeing eye to eye once.

But as they left the alley, vigor filled their eyes.

"With this! It can change!"

They both set off to do it.

The man, honest with dirty tricks.

The boy, dirty with honorable takes.

The reaction set of the binding chain.

The man built a group.

The boy gathered the orphans of the streets.

The idea, bloomed.

The sap filled with so much, gave life to the dying.

The man's group filled the waters with products of unimaginability.

The boys orphans with training transformed them into commission takers.

The man's group of merchants unquestionably followed his orders. Albeit with some scepticism.

The boys group turned into a guild that was regularly chosen for tasks.

It was followed without any denial. Those later who joined had a faint thought that was rather meaningless.

"Hey, how's it going?"

"Great. Everythings falling into place." the man smiled.

No longer were they bound by the walls of their city.

Expansion of the necessary came to fruition.

Their truth of life spread.

The lingering idea and scepticism caused thoughts that clouded over the sky.

"It's all perfect."

"We finally did it."

Time was even, with progress now achieved. The guarantee.

"That…."

"Is it really so hard?"

Slowly a barrier came between the two.

"What do you mean he's busy?"

"He is busy with work requiring his supervision."

The strife and everblooming knife weighed heavily.

He is busy, he is currently out right now, they are speaking in a conference, etc.

"There is some news about…"

Trust is the foundation.

"Can it be…?"

The deterioration was an ensuing wave that washed the two. Over and over again.

"Fine then."

They met after months of letters and asking. Filled with a compass that would be lost if not trusting.

"It wasn't that?"

"No?"

The door opened.

"You. Damn…!"

"So this was it!?"

The new leaders took their positions at the top. Enjoying the new wind. The wind however, never came.

Misfortune after misfortune. The end came for all.

"Why is this happening?" all the members asked.

They knew not of what the man and the boy built, but the picture. The two who laid in the sewer, never rotting, knew. The downfall was all but foreseen with the head gone.

Ignorance in the name of a bystander.
