Chapter 22 - The Buddha of Endings

Silence.

The gods could not speak.

Not out of fear, but because reality held its breath.

---

Yi Zhen hovered, blood trailing from his lip.

Before him, the First Sun Wukong, myth incarnate, towered like a titan of rebellion.

Across the skies of the microcosmic universe, space cracked from their pressure.

But then—Yi Zhen smiled.

And raised his hand.

> "You think I have given my all?"

The voice was calm.

Too calm.

He pointed his fingers toward the void.

And then, with one whisper of Dao Resonance:

> "Clone of Perfection – Nirvana Aspect Projection."

One Yi Zhen became two.

Two became ten.

Ten became a thousand.

A thousand became ten thousand.

---

[Scan 1 – Nirvana Aspect Clone Technique]

> Each clone was a perfect cultivation duplicate, drawn not from his current state but from each of his perfected past lives.

These weren't just shadow clones. These were Yi Zhens who had reached enlightenment in every form of existence.

> Celestial warrior.

Dreaming sage.

Time-walker.

Reincarnated beast.

Cosmic child.

Void disciple.

Mortal monk…

Every path he'd ever walked, gathered into legion.

---

And then—

They moved.

At once.

10,000 Yi Zhens struck at the First Sun Wukong, fists blazing with true Dao, blasting him into the Outer Heavens, through ancient stars and collapsed epochs.

Wukong screamed, caught in the chain of perfection.

---

> "YOU THINK YOU'VE WON?"

Wukong bellowed.

But Yi Zhen wasn't listening.

His eyes turned… dark.

His hair, once gold and peaceful, turned black like the abyss between reincarnations.

His white robes flared open—shining, flawless.

And then he grew—

Not just in strength.

But in size.

The gods screamed, watching.

> "He's growing again—NO—he's transcending! Again!"

---

[Scan 2 – Statement of Growth]

> Yi Zhen's body stretched across galaxies.

Nebulae curled into the folds of his sleeves.

His eyes became twin black holes.

His breath shook the World Pillars.

This was a being beyond the wheel.

The very reason the cycle existed…

And with one flick—

He blew off half of Wukong's body.

Just like that.

A wild evil grin crept across Yi Zhen's lips.

> "You called yourself the First.

But you are simply a myth that overstayed its welcome."

He raised his hand to the broken universe and declared:

> "I am the Buddha of Endings."

> "The end of your arrogance.

The end of your chaos.

The end of all that is impermanent."

---

> "I am truth, given form."

"I am perfection, wielding will."

"I am Nirvana, untouchable and eternal."

"And I… I am your end."

---

Then he whispered his final technique.

> "Aspect Collapse: Infinite Nirvanic Godbody."

---

[Scan 3 – Accidental Destruction of the Samsara Wheel]

> The very moment Yi Zhen's Nirvana technique erupted, the microcosmic verse twisted in horror.

A beam of radiant obliteration flew not just toward Wukong… but through reality itself.

> It struck the core of the reincarnation engine.

The Wheel of Samsara cracked.

The cycle—stopped.

> For a heartbeat, no soul moved.

All karma paused.

The heavens waited in horror.

---

Yi Zhen widened his eyes.

> "No… That was not my intent."

He reached forward.

And re-created it.

The entire wheel, rebuilt in one breath, drawn from the purest part of his Nirvana.

---

But even he was stunned.

> "My power… it's too much."

---

He looked to Wukong's half-body drifting in pieces.

And made one final move.

He blasted the monkey king into the core of the sun—

And with a wave of his finger…

Expanded the sun.

Not just a little.

The sun grew larger than the universe.

---

[Scan 4 – Solar Expansion Through Dao]

> Yi Zhen used a Nirvana heat-bloom technique to raise the sun's temperature to divine levels.

It scorched fate.

It burned karma.

It even disrupted mythology briefly…

This was no longer a sun.

It was a truth forge.

Wukong screamed as he was caught within it.

Burned not by flame.

But by perfection.

---

> "Your fire was chaos.

Mine is peace.

And peace is your death."
