At this exact time, a child was born to a family of fanatics, ones who worship the Eldrich, people who had escaped another dimension and started their own little space on Earth, only the father of the child making it to this new place with the kid, leaving behind the mother, and another child.
This child was called Zigrit Roth Omnis, and he was prophesied to be the child who would bring all the Great Old Ones to them, their oh-so-grand Gods.
Due to this, they decided that they had to make him as perfect a vessel as possible for the seamless process.
To accomplish this, he was subjected to horrors beyond measure, as his father and the others in the community were not only versed in magic but also science, and using this knowledge pool, they experimented on the kid and infused him with the heritage of every being they could get their hands on.
Those being: Dragon, Incubus, Grey Voidling, Phoenix, Asura, Eldritch, Pirate, Infernal, Transhuman, Outsider, Mahoushoujo, Transmigrator, Undead, Wendigo, Mastermind, Protean, Cultivator, Therianthrope, Psychopomp, Lilitu, Theos, and Celestial.
22 different physiques and bloodline traits fully merged into him.
Such an act as expected put the child through a hellish existence, being in pain all the time, hearing voices in his head, being unable to sleep naturally, and thus crying constantly among other effects.
To resolve this problem, they drugged the child so he would calm down and stay obedient.
However, anyone felt about the morality of such a decision, it worked, and they managed to keep the kid under control.
As the years passed, they refrained from teaching the kid to read or write just in case they developed unexpected abilities and to stop him from learning anything they didn't intend to teach him.
Even so, the unexpected did take place as the kid awakened memories and understanding of his lost identity as the one beyond all, and though he no longer had his omniscience and thus lost most of his knowledge, he still became a very well-informed and knowledgeable kid.
Not only that, but he also awakened his Waifu Catalog System, and he kept this to himself, as he didn't understand it or know how to properly interact with it.
This understanding of things was only that, he was still the same kid, and even knowing his father was using him, and stopping him from growing in many ways, he still craved approval and believed in young naivety that this had a good reason if he just waited long enough.
Unfortunately for him, this time never came.
By the time he was 7, the church was raided and burned to the ground. It was the doing of Government secret services, and they tried to burn the child too, but it didn't work, no matter how much they did so, the child always healed back to full health in time.
Faced with such a conundrum, they took him in and began training him to be an agent.
Having already accepted the reality under his father and having only the mentality of a 7-year-old, unable to fully process and use his vast knowledge, this was an upgrade, no longer was he just a lab rat under surveillance, he was still that, but now he was also sent on missions and trained to kill.
Truly it was getting worse, and that was his life for the next 5 years.
At the age of 12, during a mission, he was heavily hurt to such an extent by a mercenary wearing an eyepatch on the enemy side that his latent abilities activated and sent him toward his home dimension, where he met his mother, however before he could meet his sibling, he was sold off by her, to a powerful wizard that was threatening their dimension, and sensing the danger his powers kicked in again, but unfortunately, this trip was intersected when the powerful wizard found him and began chasing him through dimensions.
Eventually, he was caught and captured by the said wizard, one called Mordru, and he was forced to become an apprentice to this man, who was trying to cultivate him into the perfect vessel for himself.
Not only that but despite getting him, he still tried to take over Zigrit's home dimension anyway.
After 3 years of enslavement under this, Mordru grew impatient and decided to take over Zigrit's body then and there.
Taking the losses that would come with taking over a premature body, but he was stopped by the Justice League, for trying to take over Zigrit's home dimension, and they saved the boy in the middle of all of this.
After that, he was taken back to earth, and for an entire year, he was put under Batman's tests to see if he was 'safe' to keep around. During this time he also learned to properly read and write, also well as cementing his martial arts skill, learning some strategies, and detective work, as he worked in a few cases with the Bat, though they were all still tests.
During his time in the Secret Service, all he did was be an active agent and learn interrogation and seduction tactics as well as combat tactics. Not wanting to make him more dangerous, they also never taught him to read, write, or any of that.
Finally, he tried his Waifu Catalog System trying to interact with it, but it was still unresponsive.
As the year under Batman came to an end, he was finally allowed to move on his own for the first time in his now, 16 years of life.
At this time, Robin, Batman's sidekick he had met a few times, had left Gotham to be in his home city, and even recently established his team, The Teen Titans, knowing this the Bat, recommended Zigrit try his luck with Robin.
Once the boy was gone, Batman who had already communicated this idea to Robin, opened a folder on his in the numerous ones that could be found in his supercomputer.

Note: Hi, I just wanted to make a few things clear now.
Not I won't fully explore the greater DC verse just yet. This is mostly just flavor right now, and set up for later when the greater DC comes into play.
No, the Justice League and Batman won't play a big role, the story right in this world will focus on the Teen Titans and Jump City and so on.
