My grandparents told me to clean up their attic on Sunday afternoon, so I got that written down on my phone. Well, let me indroduce myself, my nam is Daisy, and I am 10 years old, and I have parents called Christina and Adam. Also, my grandparents are Denis and Sistine. Since my grandparents are too old to clean up their attic by themselves (yes, they do have an attic), they asked me, which agreed to but didn't know what was inside their attic since their home is over 50 years old. Adam also wanted to help but Sistine told Adam she wants to see what I could do by myself in one day. As I got there on the Sunday afternoon, I arrived with all the things I needed and began working. As I was doing the work, I found an old, dusty box. I didn't think much about it at first, but the nerves then started to catch up to me. I felt a strong pain all of a sudden in my heart. I quickly called my parents, and they said to wait and if it was still hurting, I would call her. As I was working, I felt a stronger pain in my heart now. I quickly called my parents, and they said to go to the hospital. For how crazy I can get, I DID NOT go to the hospital. So, what else can I do? I ask myself, but all my brain can think of is OPEN the box which was tucked away in the top left corner if you go in. When I opened the old, dusty box, I was met with a blinding light. I almost turned blind but moments later, it was back to normal. But it was not. I realized that not a single person was in the house even after shouting for them. I looked onto the streets and see no cars (except the ones parked), no people walking around, and just pure peacefulness. After exploring the neighborhood, I realized that not a single person was in sight. My body started to tremble, and I was sweating uncontrollably. I just remembered I booked a blood test though at next Wednesday and I did not know if I should go or not, or if the entire place was already abandoned and covered by nature's gifts. But just as I was about to go, an owl came over and gave me a letter. I opened the letter up, and what do I see? I see words saying "if you do these tasks, the world will turn normal. First, go to the blood test and do the operations yourself, then, drink two cans of Pepsi, and lastly, eat five butter-cookies." I hurried to go to the blood test and did the operations myself. After that, I went to drink two cans of Pepsi, and after that, I went to eat five butter-cookies. What I did not read on the note was 'wait for 5 hours.' But I was too lazy to read that, so I waited and waited. I was feeling bored after that but found something to do. Finally, after an exhausting five
hours, it turned back to NORMAL! I finally saw my parents for the first time in
seven hours, my grandparents for six hours, and finally seeing my friends on
Monday! I was so excited that I screamed in excitement and squeezed my parents so hard they could barely breathe. After the incident, we had a family reunion later that night.
