Synopsis
Auron transmigrated into the world of Naruto, becoming an ordinary Chūnin teacher at Konoha’s Ninja Academy — and a member of the Root organization. Fortunately, he awakened a Teacher System, allowing him to grow stronger through teaching. To avoid becoming just another disposable tool for Danzo, Mu Yue focused on teaching diligently to enhance his strength. “First time completing an A-rated lesson — reward granted: Mastery of Fire-Style Chakra Nature Transformation.” “Under your guidance, Uchiha Shisui has trained hard and significantly improved his overall strength. Reward granted: Sage Body!” Under Auron’s tutelage, Shisui came to understand that the village’s enemies weren’t necessarily the other great nations — they could also exist within the village. Those who spoke passionately about the Will of Fire might not actually act according to it. Obito shed his “dead last” label while still in the academy, and Might Guy became a taijutsu prodigy even earlier… (PS: This comes from a highly-rated Naruto fanfic with 2 million words and over 20,000 premium subscriptions — quality guaranteed.) Chapter 1 - Will of Fire? More Like the Will of Deceiving!

"I didn't expect to graduate from teacher's college and still end up becoming a teacher… after transmigrating." After sorting through his memories, Auron sighed helplessly to himself.

He truly felt destined—perhaps even cursed—to be tied to the title of "teacher."

In high school, he was one of the top students in his art class, so many classmates came to him for help. That earned him the nickname "Teacher Auro." Later, when applying for college, he kept slipping down the list until he landed at a teacher's university. At his family's suggestion, he picked one of the stronger education majors. During university, his roommates again called him "Teacher Auro" because he tutored them.

Ironically, after all that, when he graduated, he rebelled and chose to become a civil servant—not a teacher.

But fate had other plans. On his first day at work, as he stepped into the office, he was suddenly transported into another world… and became a brand-new instructor at the Ninja Academy.

His current body was named Auron Aurelius—same given name, different surname.

Sigh… This world is anything but safe. Too many lunatics, fanatics, and power-hungry freaks… and they're all ridiculously strong, Auron thought, surveying his surroundings.

The office looked eerily similar to those in his previous life's schools—except for the sharp kunai scattered across the desks, reminding him this was no longer a peaceful nation.

Worse still, Auron wasn't just a teacher. He was also… a Root operative.

This body had been raised from childhood by Root, and Auron had been planted in the academy under Danzo's orders to monitor promising young students and identify any emerging geniuses.

Working under "Shadow Hokage" himself? Great… Auron sighed internally, contemplating how to survive in this deadly world.

That's when a mechanical, emotionless voice echoed in his head, and a transparent blue panel appeared in front of him.

[Teacher System Activated]Congratulations, you are now a qualified teacher.– Teaching students grants you rewards. The better the student, the better the reward.– You may accept talented students as disciples for one-on-one mentoring. As they grow, so do your rewards.– Note: Discipleship requires mutual consent. You cannot force a student to be your disciple.

Auron browsed the new interface. There were only two options: [Profile] and [Master-Disciple]. He tapped [Profile].

Name: Auron Aurelius

Age: 18

Chakra: 4300

Skills: Clone Jutsu, Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu, Fire Style: Phoenix Fire Jutsu, Body Flicker, Leaf-Style Taijutsu

Evaluation: "An elite among chunin—slightly more than cannon fodder in war."

The evaluation stung a bit. Auron closed the profile tab and checked the Master-Disciple panel—it was empty, of course.

The school bell rang. His first class was about to begin.

Despite being a new teacher, due to the staff shortage, Auron was already assigned as homeroom teacher of a first-year class.

He scanned the roster and noticed several familiar names: Anko Mitarashi, Ibiki Morino, and others… But one name lit up his eyes:

Shisui Uchiha—a rare, prodigious genius.

If disciples help me get stronger, then the more talented, the better, Auron thought.

He adjusted his expression before entering the classroom, putting on a warm, sunny smile.

The Ninja Academy classrooms were designed like lecture halls—the seats rose higher in the back to give every student a clear view.

The moment Auron stepped in, the noisy room fell silent. After all, the kids were only five or six years old, and this was their first day of school. Most were curious and slightly awed by the idea of a ninja teacher.

One exception, a purple-haired girl with a single ponytail sitting in the front row, casually blurted:

"Big brother, you're really good-looking! Are you our teacher?"

Auron smiled and nodded. "That's right, my pretty little student. I'll be your homeroom teacher from now on."

"Heehee." The purple-haired girl instantly decided she liked this blond teacher.

The interaction helped ease the tension. Many of the students had heard scary stories about strict teachers from older siblings.

Auron walked to the board, wrote his full name, then turned to formally introduce himself.

"My name is Auron Aurelius. Starting today, I'll be your teacher. I look forward to working with you all."

"Yay! I'm Anko Mitarashi!" the purple-haired girl cheered.

With Anko leading, the other students followed suit, introducing themselves. Even Shisui spoke up.

Auron subtly monitored the Teacher System—but was disappointed. Apparently, self-introductions weren't enough to form a disciple bond. He'd hoped that gaining Shisui's verbal acknowledgment might trigger a shortcut, but no dice.

He maintained his calm and asked:

"Before we start today's lesson, let me ask—do you all know how Konoha came to be?"

The class fell silent. Most had no idea how to respond.

Anko raised her hand. "People built it, right?"

"That's true," Auron smiled. "But who built it? And why?"

He went on to describe the chaos of the Warring States Era, when even children their age had to fight on battlefields.

The classroom mood turned somber as the weight of history settled over them.

"Then two clans stepped forward: the Senju and the Uchiha…"

"I know! The First Hokage was a Senju!" a student exclaimed.

Shisui looked slightly disappointed that no one mentioned the Uchiha. We helped found Konoha too…

"Together, they ended the constant war, built Konoha, and welcomed more clans to join. This is the origin of the village."

"Where the leaves dance, the fire burns. The fire's shadow illuminates the village—and the new leaves will sprout."

"The Will of Fire," Auron concluded with a serious expression. "It's thanks to our brave forebears that we have peace and schools like this today."

The kids' eyes sparkled. Even Shisui's opinion of his teacher began to change.

"Wow… So that's how Konoha began?"

"I want to carry on the Will of Fire too!"

With emotions high, Auron followed up:

"Now—how many chakra natures are there?"

"Five! Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Fire!" a student quickly answered.

"Not quite," Auron corrected gently. "There are seven: the five basics plus Yin and Yang nature transformations."

This technique—posing questions, then correcting them—helped imprint knowledge more deeply.

He continued teaching chakra basics, occasionally throwing in jokes to make the kids laugh.

Time flew by. Four full periods passed before Auron announced:

"Class dismissed! Tomorrow, we'll learn how to extract chakra."

The kids were stunned—it felt like they'd just started! But looking back, they realized they'd already heard the bell ring four times.

"Chakra extraction? I can't wait!" Anko said excitedly. Her family weren't ninjas, so this was all new to her.

"Class is fun!" Iron groaned. "My cousin said it would be torture… I'm gonna tell Auntie he steals money for snacks!"

"You should blackmail him for snacks instead," his friend suggested.

"…You're a genius."

Meanwhile, Shisui quietly followed Auron out of the classroom.
