Chapter 25 - Chapter 25 the new girl

Chapter 25 the new girl

Thor and Hiccup were talking about how they could use the dragons to fit into the life of the Vikings in the village.

A soft breeze rustled through the nearby trees, carrying the sounds of distant waves.

Thor's eyes sparkled faintly with the glow of his power, a silent warning to anyone who underestimated him.

Even in laughter and teasing, there was an undercurrent of urgency in their conversations.

There was a quiet tension in the group, a sense that something important was about to unfold.

The village was changing, and they all felt it in the air, in the way people looked at the dragons now.

Every dragon's roar and crackle of fire blended with the lively noise of the village adjusting to a new reality.

Meanwhile, Fishlegs, Snotlout, and Ruffnut were giving their opinions, and the twins were just trying to cause more trouble than help.

Despite the chaos, there was a strange sense of unity among them.

Memories of past battles and shared victories flashed through Hiccup's mind as he listened.

Hiccup was trying to think of a way to make everything fit together.

Astrid appeared holding Shiro in her arms, sat down next to Thor, and, hugging the little dragon, said with a face full of fake tears:

— Shiro ni-san, save me...

Astrid squeezed Shiro against her chest and continued:

— Don't even think about it, Thor! I've always wanted a little sister to have some girl time.

Astrid's presence brought a calm strength that subtly anchored the group amidst their usual madness.

Thor looked at Ruffnut and said:

— She's not a girl.

Astrid then looked at Ruffnut arguing with his brother and pointed out:

— Does that look like a girl to you?

Thor looked and replied:

— Well, she's not as feminine as expected, but I think she's a girl.

Ruffnut shouted:

— Hey! I'm listening to all this!

Tuffnut smiled and said:

— They're not wrong, you do look like an angry dragon.

Ruffnut jumped on him and shouted:

— Come here! I'll show you who the angry dragon really is!

Hiccup watched the chaos while trying to separate them to think of plans on what to do with the dragons.

The air was crisp with the scent of salt and pine, a reminder of the island's wild beauty.

The group's energy fluctuated between silliness and seriousness as if they were all holding their breath for something greater.

Thor sighed and finally gave some examples of how they could use the dragons to help the village:

— They can help with fishing, farm work, cutting down trees to build houses, and using fire in the forges. They have many uses.

Hiccup listened to his brother's ideas and got excited because if the dragons helped with these tasks, the conflict in Berk could be resolved.

Even in this brief moment, a glimpse of hope flickered in Hiccup's heart.

He knew the villagers could accept the dragons—if only they saw their potential.

Thor then said:

— You should also build a dragon academy to train these dragons and prevent them from causing trouble around here. That's all I can tell you, the rest is up to you, Hiccup.

Those words stuck with Hiccup. A dragon academy… it made sense. With structure and purpose, the dragons wouldn't just be accepted—they'd be essential.

A new future for Berk was starting to take shape in his mind, and it all began with this conversation.

As Hiccup was about to ask a question, Thor suddenly heard something coming from the beach.

Since he devoured the dragon queen, his body had become much stronger.

He was almost reaching the level of a general, and his power fruit was almost fully integrated into him.

Thor believed that once it was completely integrated, his true power would awaken.

It was impossible to have heard it wrong. His senses had grown sharper—too sharp to doubt.

He stood up quickly and activated his thunder power. In the blink of an eye, he arrived at the beach.

The winds grew louder as if reacting to his presence, and lightning sparked faintly around his shoulders.

Looking ahead, he saw a girl who clearly wasn't supposed to be there.
