After finishing the daily cleaning, Ivan returned to the room. The Grandmaster jumped up and gave Ivan an electric shock massage, which made Ivan's hair fly away. Because the class had not officially started yet, Ivan was punished to clean the column room, so he put the Grandmaster in the dormitory first. The Grandmaster was also a person who could not stand loneliness. There was no TV to watch in this world, so he could only fly around the room, scaring the owl half to death. The owl was called Maca, which was bought by Ivan Aferi in Diagon Alley before.
The sequelae of the soul-crossing gradually appeared. On the first night that Ivan entered the dormitory, the Grandmaster began to scold Ivan in his dream and asked Ivan to start practicing the physical training method of the Kongshan Taoist Temple again. I don't know whether it is because this world is full of spiritual energy or Ivan Hols's body meridians are transparent. In just one night, Ivan has recovered to the state of 8 years old, and the true energy is unobstructed in the meridians, and most of the Taoist methods can be used.
The Grandmaster gave another electric shock and asked Ivan to take him out for a night tour of Hogwarts.
The corridor on the fifth floor of Hogwarts at night. The corridor was silent, with only the torches on the wall emitting a faint light. The characters in the portraits moved quietly between the frames, or made slight snoring and sleep talk. Ivan looked at them in amazement.
"Grandmaster, do you think these paintings are all obsessions?" Ivan was a studious child, and he would immediately ask the Grandmaster if he didn't understand something. The Grandmaster hit him in his mind, "This is not an obsession. There are strange patterns on the frame. This should be similar to our magic tools. Look, the one in front is the obsession." The Grandmaster's ring flashed and signaled Ivan. A ghost in a purple robe and a long hat appeared from the wall and went into another wall. Ivan watched with relish. It was the first time he saw an obsession other than the Grandmaster.
Ivan followed the ghost on tiptoe, his footsteps so light that they were almost inaudible. The ghost didn't seem to notice him, still maintaining that half-floating, half-walking posture, humming a few tuneless songs from time to time. Ivan carefully kept his distance, fearing that any sound would alarm the spirit.
They passed through several corridors, and the ghost suddenly stopped at the door of a classroom. Seeing this, Ivan immediately hid behind a stone pillar and stuck his head out to observe. Through the crack in the door, he vaguely saw several senior students gathered together, looking nervous and focused. They held a heavy book in their hands, and the book was glowing with a faint green light, which reflected on their faces, making them look particularly weird.
A student was reaching his hand into a basin with a green glow, and white smoke came out of the basin, mixed with a pungent smell, like some kind of corrupted substance. As the smoke rose, the student suddenly screamed, and his body began to swell uncontrollably, as if it was about to burst by some force.
Just as Ivan was about to go in and take a look, there was a sound of hurried footsteps at the end of the corridor, accompanied by Mrs. Norris's sharp cry. Filch's voice also rang out: "Who's there! I heard a sound!"
Ivan's heart tightened, and he quickly recited the invisibility spell. Because he hadn't practiced for too long, and he was a little nervous, he recited the spell incorrectly several times. Fortunately, before Filch arrived, he finally succeeded in hiding.
Filch rushed into the classroom angrily, and the lantern in his hand swayed in the darkness, reflecting his angry face. He looked around and saw the mess on the ground, and his face instantly became more hideous: "Who did it! Who is messing here!"
Mrs. Norris paced back and forth at his feet, making a low hiss, and obviously noticed something unusual. Her eyes flickered in the dark, as if she was trying to find someone hiding.
Mrs. Norris began to sniff around, and obviously had sensed Ivan's breath. The invisibility spell can only hide the body, but it cannot hide the smell of the human body. Ivan's heartbeat quickened as her footsteps came closer and closer. He moved quietly, trying to leave the classroom without making any noise.
Filch's footsteps echoed in the classroom. He seemed to have lost his patience and began to search every corner. Ivan's throat tightened slightly, and he felt as if time had been stretched out. Every second was like a torture.
Just as Mrs. Norris was about to reach his feet, Ivan turned around and quickly rushed out of the back door of the classroom. His movements were light and agile, like a cat, and he made almost no sound.
Filch heard the sound of the back door and rushed over immediately, but when he arrived, Ivan had disappeared at the end of the corridor. Mrs. Norris followed closely behind, making a sharp cry, obviously dissatisfied with Ivan's escape.
Ivan ran all the way, and he stopped suddenly when he ran to a corner, leaning against the wall, panting. He was relieved until he was sure that no one was catching up, and a smile of success appeared on his face.
"What a jerk this night watchman is. Why is he staring at me instead of chasing those students?" Ivan muttered. He looked around, confirmed the direction, and walked quickly towards his dormitory. His steps were brisk, and his mood gradually calmed down.
At the end of the corridor, the candlelight flickered, reflecting his back. He walked while humming a song, as if nothing had happened.
