Behind each Admiral were two Vice Admirals who were at the Sub-Apex level. But in this room, there were eight Vice Admirals, proving that beyond the three Admirals present, there was a fourth Admiral who was not here now.
Everyone here had golden skin, varying in tone from lighter to darker shades of gold. Most also had golden eyes and hair, but there were a few exceptions among them, such as the Second Prince himself, who had green eyes and hair…
